About

Most training apps hand you a workout. Kronos asks what you want to be able to do, then works out where you are and builds every session from there. EVERY SKILL IS A LADDER A pull-up isn't one exercise, it's a route: dead hang, scapular pull, negative, pull-up. Kronos holds 30 of these ladders across 245 steps — pulling, pushing, core and legs, from a wall plank to a planche. You're always standing on one rung, and the app knows which. YOU MOVE UP BY PASSING A TEST Not by finishing a programme, and not because six weeks went by. Every rung has a published standard — a number of reps, or seconds of a hold. Hit it cleanly and consistently and Kronos offers you a test: one all-out set that decides whether you move. Pass it and you advance. Miss it and you stay and keep building. The standard never moves, so progress is something you can point at. A SESSION TRAINS MORE THAN THE SKILL You can't hold a shape you have no strength for, or reach a position your shoulders won't go into. So each session pairs your skill work with strength and volume for the muscles it needs, and mobility for the ranges it demands — shoulder extension before a german hang, dorsiflexion before a deep squat. Skills you've already earned come back now and then so you keep them. IT KNOWS WHERE SKILLS COME FROM Chasing a front lever when you can't hold a tuck one? Kronos routes you through the progression that leads there and tells you why, instead of prescribing something you can't do. BUILT FOR HOW TRAINING ACTUALLY GOES • A starting assessment places you honestly — or skip it and climb from step one • Rate each set on form and difficulty; the app steers by your answers, not a calendar • Choose your days and equipment. No pull-up bar? Kronos won't prescribe one • 52 mobility drills, matched to the skill you're training that day • Demonstration video for two thirds of the catalogue, a search for the rest • Apple Watch app that runs a full session on its own • Apple Health: reads your weight, writes your sessions as workouts NO ACCOUNT, NO SUBSCRIPTION, NO ADS Kronos doesn't have a login because it doesn't have a server. Your training lives on your device and syncs across your own devices through your private iCloud. Nothing is sold, shared or sent anywhere. It works on a plane. WHO IT'S FOR People who want a specific thing — a first pull-up, a handstand, a front lever — and want to know exactly what stands between them and it. If you're looking for a library of workouts to pick from, this isn't that. The progressions are built on the Bodyweight Fitness community's progression chart, used with thanks.
