Terrible options for movies. False advertising as what is on it. No cancellation option on app. You have to literally log in to the website to cancel and support is terrible and doesn’t even know this.
Pathetic App rather a scam do not fall prey for it
This is to inform everyone who is using this app it is a complete scam they run a false ad campaign and the moment you opt for it they debit money within 24 hrs without any intimation . Request you all to report and escalated these to cyber fraud in I4C ( Cyber crime) / NCRP or 1930 for their fraudulent practices. I will share my email id also request you all to keep your complaint details and share it with us for further class action.
Their bot will claim money would be refunded and their associate will say it wont be . Its a complete scam it seems. Everyone needs to cooperate each other so that these harmful financial frauds can be avoided and their innocent preys can be saved.

I was suspicious from the start, so I was very careful while making the payment. However, I later noticed an 'auto-pay' charge of 699. I quickly checked my balance and it seemed fine, but upon checking the statement, I saw 'auto-pay' listed next to that specific payment—something that didn't appear next to any other transactions. I then checked the app's reviews and found that everyone was talking about this particular payment issue. After some digging, I turned off the auto-pay feature, but it still showed that it would resume on the 25th. Finally, I found the option to delete the auto-pay setting and removed it. So, I advise no one to download this app; it is a major scam.

Very disappointing experience with Kuku TV.
The app deducted my subscription amount one day before my existing subscription was due to expire. I contacted customer support immediately through both the chat and email. They acknowledged the issue and assured me that the amount would be automatically refunded within 14 days.
It has now been almost a month, and I still haven’t received the refund. Despite several follow-ups, I have received no meaningful response, no resolution, and no refund.
Taking a customer’s money is quick, but resolving a billing issue shouldn’t take this long. The lack of transparency and poor customer support is unacceptable. I would advise others to be cautious with auto-renewal and billing until Kuku TV improves its refund process and customer service.

Poor Customer Support & Refund Experience"
I had a very disappointing experience with Kuku FM. I purchased the ₹1 promotional offer, but later ₹699 was deducted from my account through auto-renewal. As soon as I noticed the deduction, I contacted customer support and provided my payment proof, transaction details, Merchant Reference ID, and registered mobile number.
Unfortunately, I kept receiving the same repeated responses, and my refund request was denied because it was outside their 24-hour refund policy. I was not aware of this refund window.
In my experience, the customer support did not provide a satisfactory resolution despite repeated follow-ups. Please read the subscription and auto-renewal terms carefully before making any payment.

I downloaded Kukku TV and purchased a subscription, but after using it for just one day, I realized it wasn’t what I expected. I immediately canceled my subscription and requested a refund according to the platform’s policy.
It has now been more than a month, and I still have not received my refund. Customer support keeps saying that the refund was processed and even provided me with an RRN number, but the money has never reached my bank account. Instead of helping me resolve the issue, they keep asking me to contact my bank.
This has been a very frustrating experience. A refund should not take over a month to reach a customer. I expected much better service and support. Until this issue is resolved, I cannot recommend this app to anyone. Please improve your customer service and refund process

Good App with great story telling like those Chinese short drama apps with Indian characters and environment! I like this app to use but I faced serious issue while using it! There is a major issue, actually I own iPhone 16 pro max, well designed for high end uses! I play Call of duty and much more larger games with smooth experience! But while using this app, my phone is getting heated right away and couldn’t hold it my hand! My battery also drains faster! I think the software or algorithm used to develop the app creates this heat! So I stopped using this app! And one more thing, the subscription pricing is bit overrated! So I won’t use it unless they solve the heating issue!
