Not working at all
I have logged in multiple times but I’m not receiving the otp’s. I rechecked my number multiple times, I uninstalled and installed multiple times but it’s not working. Please help.

Unable to see products
Am I only one who can’t see the product pictures in your app or is this any glitch issues with your app? I have already downloaded this app multiple times. Still facing the same issues.
Very limited range of products and are expensive here than other apps
70%- 80% of the korean products are either out of stock or missing. I have been trying to order a few korean skincare products since last 6 months, it always show out of stock. Plus they have very limited discounts and prices of products are usually higher in this app than other beauty apps. Hardly provide any coupon discounts. I feel this app is useless.

Free gift options ?
Earlier the app used to advertise a “ choose freebies “ option and they literally spammed me everywhere with it. And now when I’m actually ordering things , that option is missing?
Also I had placed an order around 4-5 days back it still isn't here. Every day the app is showing one more day delay. Thai is ridiculous. What kind of fraud service are you running ?
