Need to fix bugs and make it smooth app too slow and freezes every time or change the IT team if they don’t know how to fix it
Extend the miles program or keep them without expiration especially with airport closure
People are not trusting this airline for the way they skip their problems
Money to be refunded takes over 3 months not like other airlines

Worst customer service
I was promised from the sales manager that i will get a refund for my cancelled reservation due to a fraud from their own customer service (all documents are saved with me) and she charged me additional 150 kd to her own account. It has been a few years now and they still ask me to wait. Also my bag once was broken from baggage claim, i filed a report at the counter, but they never respond. They still lack decent customer service.

Never Get Trapped with Kuwait Airways – Still Fighting for My Refund After a Year
My experience with Kuwait Airways has been absolutely frustrating and unacceptable. I had to cancel my flight, and at the time, they agreed to refund the full ticket amount after deducting a cancellation fee. That sounded fair—until the refund actually arrived months later, and they had deducted a much larger amount than agreed.
When I contacted their customer service, they refused to acknowledge any mistake and gave me no clear explanation. Despite repeated follow-ups, I’m still fighting for the correct refund—and it’s been almost a year!
The lack of transparency, poor customer support, and broken promises make it clear: do not trust Kuwait Airways with your money or your travel plans. There are better, more reliable airlines out there. I strongly advise others to avoid getting trapped in this kind of mess.

Bad app very slow and annoying
Nothing works always crashes
Poor designed app, embarrassing compared to competition.
This app is rather…. Horrible. I will go ahead and break it down.
1) It is slow. Why does it have to load just so I can see my flight info? Look at apps like Air Canada and Lufthansa! Absolutely no loading time to open anything!
2) The design and English language is poor. It looks like it was made in 2015, and there are many English language mistakes. There are so much misaligned icons, and when it sends your e-boarding pass, the boarding pass looks terrible with grammatical errors.
Please, Kuwait Airways, please take inspiration from airlines like Lufthansa, Air Canada, KLM etc.

After the last update it was better for 2 days than worse than before
Another thing about the member miles,
Nothing will let me choose this airline since the miles will expire if not used, and app is crashing, only if the price was lower than others
