Terrible User Experience
I downloaded Kyte as it seemed like an interesting alternative to using a standard car rental company (Avis, Hertz, etc). My experience ended up being pretty poor. The car was not ready at the booked pickup time (and in fact ended up being about 30 minutes late). They seemed pretty disorganized. Now, 3 months after this trip, I’m still receiving toll charges with no answer or explanation as to when they will stop charging my card. Overall, a pretty terrible customer experience and I will never use Kyte again.

Poor customer support
They do not have adequate processes to handle minor deviations from the norm (e.g. using a temporary license during renewal). After making a series of errors, their customer support will waste your time without providing resolution. No reason to choose them over their competitors.
Delivery was late
I selected 7am for the surfer to come drop off but it automatically changed it to 7:56, so now I’ll be late. Customer service was no help at all.

It was my first time using Kyte. I was thrilled how easy the whole process was. Way cheaper than your traditional methods of the past. The SUV Audi we used was perfect.
Best rental car company
I have to rent a lot of cars for work and this company is hands down the best of the best. Extremely accommodating and fairly affordable. They cut out the horrible paperwork and waiting. It’s been a game changer and brought so many hours back to me. Thank you!!
