So bad
rented a car from Virtuo at Nice Airport on May 16. During the rental, the car key was not working properly, I received no support, and the car was not locking correctly through the app.
Virtuo later charged me €200 for a tiny scratch without proof that I caused it. The only evidence provided was photos taken three days before my rental. Despite several emails, they refused to refund the charge.

Você faz o cadastro, eles deixar você pagar e depois não validou meu documento, e dizem p procurar o parceiro para cancelar, e o cancelamento tem que pagar!

Desde que trabajan con BSP-auto la reservas fatal!!! Ya había alquilado 2 veces en Virtuo cuando no tenía nadie de por medio y todo perfecto, ahora con BSP-AUTO, FATAL!!!!! no hay para filtrar por tipo de coche familiar o 7 plazas etc….. desde luego me desinstalaré la aplicación porque ahora no ayuda mucho. No lo recomiendo ahora, antes si pero ahora NO!!!!!

Alles ganz schön und gut, aber
Warum erscheinen die Suchergebnisse in französischer Sprache? App und Such parameter auf Deutsch, Ergebnis wird auf Französisch angezeigt. Sorry, aber wenn ich die Angebote nicht lesen kann, dann buche ich dort nichts. Schade, ansonsten eine gute App
