How about a service where when you go to login to pay your mortgage it actually works? To be fair it’s not just the app, trying to online also gets an error message. Happens OFTEN.

Never lets me pay on time always something wrong with the app or “internet connection “.
Select selecting an option before going to make payments
Every time before I go to make a payment is asking me to select a choice of why my payment is past due. I don’t need to do that every time before going to make a payment. If there’s a way to remove that from being selected every time I would appreciate it to be removed, especially if I go in there the same week it is a waste of time

Difficulty with app
New acct made payment . Did not show up. I have resent payment and got same message it was received a week later. Hopefully it works. Meantime I am paying interest on the money I am trying to give you.

I have been trying to log in for the past couple of weeks unsuccessfully 😒 keeps saying there is connection issues when that is not the case
