Lakeview Mortgage App
This app is confusing. I’m having to go through foreign languages in order to get to my mortgage information to pay my monthly mortgage. My opinion is that the app defaults to English with an option to choose specific language.

No Reference Number
My only issue with the Lakeview Mortgage app is the fact that it does not give you a reference # or confirmation # after scheduling or making a payment. All of the other financial institutions that I deal with provide a reference # or confirmation # after a payment has been submitted, which gives me added comfort that my payment has been received. It would be nice for Lakeview to do something similar.

Incident 1:
Why I can’t see my scheduled payments despite doing it multiple times? The app never shows scheduled payments and you will never know if you submitted payment twice. I got charged twice and my bank balance went negative and I got charged for negative balance. When I called customer service they said it will take 7+ business days to get my money. I had to fight with my bank to get my money back. What kind of company is this.
Incident 2:
I submitted a payment on time and my transaction was reversed now I owe a 25 $ fee for late payment.
!!!Fix this!!!!
I am reporting this to BBB.

Not helpful
My mortgage was purchased by Lakeview. And they delayed credit for payments I made to the previous provider and acted like it was my fault for making early payments. Customer service was terrible do not work with Anne. Very unhelpful.

How about a service where when you go to login to pay your mortgage it actually works? To be fair it’s not just the app, trying to online also gets an error message. Happens OFTEN.
