What gives?
I get to the enter phone number and enter my Verizon number I have had for over 2 years and it says enter a valid number.

I’m not sure what’s going on with this company. I’ve waited 2 years for an access code, finally got it . I’ve now uploaded my identification and I am currently waiting for it to be approved - that was about 13 weeks ago. Sent an email and have no reply. Any idea why it’s taken so long to approve my i.d?

Can’t even add details for registration
When putting in postcode/Zip into the app, it proceeds to the next screen asking to select the address, but comes up with a blank page. This happens even after reinstalling the app!

First look at the other reviews. As of now it’s been released for 2 years and only has around ~110 reviews. Now compare this number to their Instagram following @Lanistar- nearly 275k followers as of right now yet only receives a few hundred likes on each post and barely any comments. Pretty fishy. Further, there is a man by the name of Tommy Swanhaus that heavily (or rather exclusively) promotes this app on his Instagram page, as in every post. To be clear, I could not find a single post on his page NOT promoting Lanistar. He currently has a following of 1.5 MILLION and claims to be widely known, yet only gets a few thousand likes on each post, HE TURNS OFF COMMENTS ON EVERY POST and does not have a wikipedia page. Although I don’t know why they have taken these bizarre measures, I urge you to avoid this app at all costs- and if this doesn’t convince you, perhaps the loads of other negative comments about the app’s technical problems will. Would give zero stars if was available
Have tried to apply numerous times gets to phone verification and just times out they don’t even send you verification code, app is either useless or needs to be refreshed 🤬🤬🤬
Unable to access lanistar
Hello, I’ve tried to register as I have done since the start of Lanistar waiting for my access code yet nobody could verify my email address aswell which is just weird. To this day I’m waiting to get the access code to enter lanistar but for some Reason theirs nothing at all coming through or anything so how is this possible to happen

Ridiculous annoying app
The most ridiculous app I have ever downloaded. I choose English language it came up as Brazilian language and then to choose the state of the country one is living. I don’t live in Brazil so cant use the app, even if I delete and reinstall it several times, the app data is not deleted. The most annoying and ridiculous app ever on the app store. I have invested on the crowdcube but will ask anyone if interested to buy it…

signed up 7 month ago they said i will receive my notification of invitation for signing up by this summer and nothing happened no option to contact with them just stay away they don’t have any kind of services in uk

App not working in UK
I was interested in this as we have Curve in the UK and Europe which does a similar thing. So I was interested to see a competitor service. But in the UK you can’t get passed the mobile phone verification code page. So at the moment - this doesn’t work.

this app is not working at all and on top i have message them on facebook multiple times and no one seems to bother they don’t even reply . there is no way to contact support team and the app doesn’t work as you can’t get pass through phone verification in the UK . i tried numerous time and every time it stuck ok phone sms and system just don’t sent any message at all . they must at least reply

Absolute crap! Doesn’t work…don’t believe the hype!!
Won’t let me get past the phone number verification. I put in my number and app says they’re sending code to be able to verify and then they never send code. Went to developer website to contact for help, and when I click support it says “safari couldn’t connect because secure link couldn’t be established”. If you scroll to the bottom of their website, in tiny writing, you’ll see that they have a disclaimer saying they’re still trying to get all of their ducks in a row with the financial institutions and nothing will work until they get all of that sorted. So in other words, this app is completely useless. I would not trust my financial details to a company that seem to be this disorganized.
