Sadly I’ve ordered and wait for the whole day and no one comes to pickup at all. Customer service team need average 35 mins to reply you one message and not helpful at all

Overpriced and not transparent

I gave them 3 button up cotton shirts to wash and iron and they charged me double the price claiming it’s a women’s top rather than a shirt. There’s nowhere with this distinction on the app and I was unaware I had to select to use my credit at checkout so ended up spending £20 to wash/iron 3 cotton shirts. Extortionate and unfair, wouldn’t recommend
