The APP sucks, but the service is decent!
For the most part it’s a pretty good service. The app just sucks and you have to update it seems like every few days, it’s annoying!

Unreliable
I scheduled my services through this app and then they found me a pro. They pushed my services to 2 days later ok fine it was the weekend anyway. Then the guy msgs me through the app saying he’s pushing it another day due to weather but it was super sunny and most my neighbors were outside cutting their grass. So the next day come I msg around 2pm because this guy still hasn’t shown up. I get no response so I head to the customer service agent and they said I have to give him till the end of the day. Well 9pm comes around and the guy switched me for the NEXT day and didn’t even msg me back. I had to wait till the morning to talk to anyone from this app and get it cancelled that way with no charge because if you try to cancel a service they will charge you $15-25 if it’s too close. They eventually closed my account and didn’t charge me but I had to reply 3x to them that I’m not wasting another day waiting for them to show and I’m not waiting for another “pro” because they have 48 hours to schedule. Better off finding an actual company than using this app.

Horrible
I’ve spent more time in chat boxes with unhelpful reps than I have getting my lawn cared for. Don’t get caught in this trap of an app. You’re stuck doing 3 mows but it’ll take you 2 years to get to that point.
These people scam you!!!
These people will tell you you’re going to get a cheap service and then they send out some whackadoos who convinced you to agree to the most expensive option to cut your yard then they don’t even cut the whole yard and when you call to complain and they say you’re getting a refund, they still charge you and tell you you have to spend another $214 to have the rest of your yard done

My yard got wild because of the bailed pros that don’t want to do their job. Pulled a muscle in my calf because of them. If you want unreliable service then these are your guys

Provided proof that my lawn wasn’t getting cut for multiple service with pictures had another pro come in and agree that it hadn’t been done In over a month and then I got charged an additional fee because my grass was so long. When I went to get reimbursed because they never reimbursed in the first place they said it has to be within five days and “they’re so sorry but it doesn’t fit within their 5 day policy for refunds” and they “understand it must be frustrating to provide proof and not get reimbursed” they literally know they charged me without providing the service with proof and still wouldn’t refund me.

No edging done and a lot of weed eating not completed as described in the services. They are on time and very nice .
Service is a disaster
Good concept but their pros are terrible. We had one good one who quit for no stated reason. After that we had ones show up when not scheduled, not show up when they were scheduled, do a half-hearted job and then quit, or quit before even coming to our house. One bailed by saying we needed a $400 clean-up before he could mow; even customer service said the photo he sent as proof didn’t show the need for extra service. Completely unreliable service.

Wouldn’t recommend the App or the Services
I’ve had so many issues with this app glitching, I don’t even know where to begin. I could overlook the glitches, except for the fact that the services are terrible.
I tried using these services for about a year, and finally had to give up out of pure frustration. I tried it for both my house and my dad’s house after he had his surgery, and my husband also used the app for about a week.
The lawn people I’ve been matched with are totally unreliable. They will no-call no-show, or cancel at the last minute. And, guess who still has to pay fees for their grass being too tall after a week’s worth of cancellations? It’s absolutely ridiculous, and makes this whole process more of a headache than it’s worth.
In theory, the product is great. But save yourself the headache and hire someone local instead.

They don’t pay any money they promised you
I still get an email saying I’ve earned $52.40 this week years after I did the one job for them. I’ve talked to them several times and they just will not pay me for the only job I did for them. It’s crazy it’s been probably two years and they are still on here.. seems like Apple would not wanna be associated with a scam like this but apparently not

They cancel anytime they want
They make you cancel 48 hrs in advance.. but the pro they hire can cancel right in front of your door step and walk away. No reviews no nothing. Then they make you wait two more days to find another.

I’ve used this service off and on for about a year. The price is right a long the lines of regular landscaping company maintenance fees. But the quality is lacking. When they say front yard that means just the part they can mow. Nothing else. They won’t mow the other side of your driveway, they won’t maintain garden beds or pick up debris. They will barely edge. I had around 4 different lawn pros. None mowed a straight line between my neighbors lawn and my own. I paid for front and backyard, not a single one ever went into the backyard. If the garden beds needed maintenance, it was extra, if you need the debris picked up, it’s extra. Everything is extra. It’s so annoying, to pay for a front yard service and only get part of the yard done. Just give me a price to maintain everything on a regular basis. The only reason I used this service so long is because I’m antisocial and hate talking to people. My regular landscaper was wonderfully talented, reasonable and personable guy. But he always wanted to chat and it would drain the life out of me. So I went with this place and I regret it everyday.

Constant updates
The app requires constant updates, making response time inconvenient. It signs me out constantly, making it difficult to open the app. Service is great. The app however has many flaws.
Would not recommend
The “pro” that was assigned to me no showed, and I was rescheduled after being promised a completion date by the provider.
