Hire a real lawn company
Otherwise, these scammers will connect you with frauds and liars. I hope to never interact with these people or these contractors again. Remember. If it’s a contractor that Lawn Love gave you, it’s still Lawn Love’s fault when the contractor tries to steal from you.

Unprofessional
Constant rescheduling. I requested a new pro after dealing with someone that had poor communication skills and got grass all in our pool. They missed several spots of grass and the rest was uneven. One day the pro no showed and then promised we were first on the book for the morning. They waited until almost dark to show up. On to the next pro- The day before they were supposed to mow they cancelled. So now a new pro is being found. The service rep was no help. They won’t even give me a complimentary mow.

Unreliable, not worth the hassle
I requested service from Lawn Love on Monday, and they scheduled me a pro to come on Wednesday. That pro ended up postponing until Thursday due to rain, which he communicated to me clearly and I understood. However, come Thursday this pro cancelled with no explanation and another was assigned. A little annoying, but they were still coming that day so no big deal. 2pm comes around and they still haven't come, so I shoot them a message asking about their eta: no response...4pm still no response...6pm nothing...finally 8pm comes around and it's clear they aren't coming, and they never responded to their message. However, on the app my service was still scheduled for today. I reached out to Lawn Love customer support to explain and basically all they told me was that's a bummer, but I'm still on the pros schedule so I should carry on to their work load tomorrow, or they can assign me a new pro...which would possibly be there sometime over the weekend. At this point I was frustrated, I needed my lawn done, and I wasn't interested in anything less than a guarantee that my service would be done the next day so I decided to cancel. However, when I went through the self-service cancellation, they said they were going to charge ME a $15 cancellation fee for the inconvenience of the pro who had me on their schedule, so to cancel I had to pay the "pro" who ghosted me. I reached back out to customer support to have them cancel for me, and they proceeded to jerk me around for half an hour trying to cajole me into keeping my service without actually do anything to address the problems. I finally got them to cancel, and now I've wasted nearly the entire week and my lawn is in even more need of maintenance. Absolutely would not recommend.

Scammers
This app lets anyone become a contractor and collect money for services never rendered. Not just one. Not two. So far, since April, three contractors said they mowed my lawn, and charged me for it. No one ever showed up. This organization should be taken down.
Could be better
I’m not a hater the service literally could be better if you just want somebody to cut your grass and you don’t care how it looks sure it works, but you’ll never get to keep the same lawn pro sometimes you get a good long pro that you like a lot, and that person disappears the next week And the next one doesn’t do half as good of a job or it takes half as good of a care of your lawn as the others do. They keep going up in the price of the lawn care and the reason why I chose them in the first place was because they were cheap and their customer service this terrible not because they’re rude, but because they do nothing.

Its 50/50 pay attention
The thought process of how the experience is {supposed} to is good 10/10 BUT with how today day in age is going everyone wants that “extra dollar” for half the work .. with their independent contractors you get some good ones you get some bad ones you can get some that show up on time with the proper equipment for their independent company you get some that can’t do the job because of their equipment and single man operation but if they’re on this app trying to get work meaning lawn care customers then some lawn you can’t just skip a couple a days just to claim high grass for extra pay if that’s the case go solely independent instead of using this app that for both customers and business market yourself better and get some real equipment

Terrible Service
I’ve had an account for four weeks and they’ve only managed to mow my yard once despite asking for weekly service. They schedule, then they’re late, then they change your pro, and repeat. Now it’s saying I can’t cancel my account until the third mow. How can I get three mows if you never show up!? Scammy.

Horrible customer Service
I utilize this app as an easy go to way of handling my lawn care. I booked the first person and they canceled with no notice changing the date. Then I had to wait another three days for a new scheduled pro to come out. I checked my billing for my first service and I was charged additional fee fees when I asked for an explanation and a breakdown I was greeted with nothing but a scam. I refuse to move forward with a service that cannot get their billing in order and that I have to micromanage. It’s unfortunate because the service that was completed was done well but their customer service and their billing is horrible. Be careful what you ask for.

Horrible Service
I started this app on August 22nd and assigned a pro to cut my grass on the 23rd. The pro moved it to the 24th of August and then again to the 25th. On the 25th it rained so it was moved to the 26th, to which I requested a new pro. The new pro then moved it to the 28th. No warning, just because he was not going to be in the area. Then why did you take it. Communications with the service for app and they were trying to assist as well, after 5 changes my grass still not cut. With the last pro he said he couldn’t do it on Sunday or Monday but could on the 3rd because that’s what the app said. I told him what happened and he said sounds like I was mad at the screen and he was a real person who had a life as well. I cancelled all my service and left. Worst experience ever. Never use this service as they were not helpful at all and my grass is still not cut. Horrible experience and trash people they work with to talk to a customer that way. I wasn’t even mean, just explained it was almost 3 weeks if he waited that long. Never again.

I was a Lawn Love customer for only TWO WEEKS, and somehow that was more than enough time for them to completely lose my business.
The first “pro” rescheduled my service, and by the time he finally showed up, my lawn had gone seven extra days without being cut. After all that waiting, the job he did was horrible.
Then came the second pro. He has literally rescheduled every single day this week, each time with a different reason. At some point, a scheduled lawn service actually needs to result in someone SHOWING UP AND CUTTING THE GRASS. Grass doesn’t stop growing because Lawn Love keeps pushing the appointment back another day.
Customer service was just as frustrating. I spoke with at least nine people by phone and chatted with at least nine more. The basic answer was always some version of: wait and see, and if they don’t show up, we’ll reschedule it again.
That is not a solution. Rescheduling a service that keeps getting rescheduled is not customer service.
The app didn’t make things any better. Between the scheduling issues, pros not showing up, constant rescheduling, poor-quality work when someone finally did show up, and customer service seemingly unable to actually resolve anything, this has been one of the most frustrating service experiences I’ve had.
Ironically, after dealing with roughly 18 different customer-service interactions, the only thing Lawn Love managed to accomplish efficiently was canceling my account.
I will never use Lawn Love again. I’ll also tell my friends, family, and anyone else who asks me about them to stay away. If you’re considering signing up, do yourself a favor and find a dependable local lawn company instead.

The APP sucks, but the service is decent!
For the most part it’s a pretty good service. The app just sucks and you have to update it seems like every few days, it’s annoying!

Unreliable
I scheduled my services through this app and then they found me a pro. They pushed my services to 2 days later ok fine it was the weekend anyway. Then the guy msgs me through the app saying he’s pushing it another day due to weather but it was super sunny and most my neighbors were outside cutting their grass. So the next day come I msg around 2pm because this guy still hasn’t shown up. I get no response so I head to the customer service agent and they said I have to give him till the end of the day. Well 9pm comes around and the guy switched me for the NEXT day and didn’t even msg me back. I had to wait till the morning to talk to anyone from this app and get it cancelled that way with no charge because if you try to cancel a service they will charge you $15-25 if it’s too close. They eventually closed my account and didn’t charge me but I had to reply 3x to them that I’m not wasting another day waiting for them to show and I’m not waiting for another “pro” because they have 48 hours to schedule. Better off finding an actual company than using this app.

I’ve spent more time in chat boxes with unhelpful reps than I have getting my lawn cared for. Don’t get caught in this trap of an app. You’re stuck doing 3 mows but it’ll take you 2 years to get to that point.
These people scam you!!!
These people will tell you you’re going to get a cheap service and then they send out some whackadoos who convinced you to agree to the most expensive option to cut your yard then they don’t even cut the whole yard and when you call to complain and they say you’re getting a refund, they still charge you and tell you you have to spend another $214 to have the rest of your yard done

My yard got wild because of the bailed pros that don’t want to do their job. Pulled a muscle in my calf because of them. If you want unreliable service then these are your guys
