Their Conductor demands black money

the bus conductor of bus no. UK07PA9007 (dt 2-10-24 from chandigarh to Jammu) took extra money for my 1 no. extra bags. actually i had 3nos. bag of 20ltr, 30ltr & 30ltr. and he took extra money for that bag. he didn’t give me slip for that. i argue with them he said that u talk to owner & he is in saudi. PLZ DON’T USE LUXMI HOLIDAY. their staff is not good as well as their helpline service is also not good.

Delay in refund

I tried to book bus ticket from app , but the bus ticket was failed . The payment got deducted. Today is 18 august i am still waiting for refund . Very poor customer support
