So I can only get on my phone at twelve and can only use an hour but it keeps sending me so many notifications

This app is free yes totally free I have used many that stated free and were fake this is real. I love the workouts and it time manageable.

I paid for a customized wall Pilates app. It never came up on app or my email. I paid for it. Also when I click on app support there was no link found. So if I can’t get any help. It’s a fraud

This app is great. So convenient that it’s only eight minutes a day and helps tone up your body and muscles.

Daily workouts
I like that the workouts are only 8 minutes and different workout routines. It’s a great app when you don’t feel like going to the gym

Is it really free?
I just attempted to do Day 2 program. It won’t start if I don’t make a purchase of the pop up subscription. I don’t want to make a purchase. I want to exercise for free like you advertise. This is a scam!

I def recommend this app plus its free, not that many apps offer so much without a fee of some sort.

Great workout app!!
I’m getting back into a workout routine and this app has been amazing in helping me achieve that!! You can adjust your daily weight, choose the workout you would like to do or do the recommended ones. It counts down for you, tells you which exercise comes next, when to rest, and even shows you how to do each exercise in case you need guidance. I LOVE IT!!

Want to cancel
I paid my money and yet I can not enter the app without allowing them to track me, which I don’t want. Now I have to figure out how to cancel. Disappointed
Ad bombardment
The app was really great until I upgraded and was totally bombarded by ads. I watched the 2 that I had to before I could start the workout but then it wouldn’t start till I watched 2 more ads… and 2 more… I watched 6 ads just to do one 7 min workout.

I absolutely think this is great for my workouts. Everytime I feel low I come to workout and it helps me feel better about myself. Also very happy to loose some long unneeded body fat. And the fact that this is free is just the cherry on top!✨✨
