Lead Center User Reviews

Top reviews

Horrible

This app can’t even keep a call log of the calls you get in order or with the correct date. Nothing but problems.

Old reviews seem to be from previous versions

App works overall well. The updates have addressed previous issues. I would say it’s d finitely got room for improvement (like tapping on a text doesn’t always bring up the most up to date feed) but I had to give 5 stars because the old reviews that are 1 star seem to give reasons that aren’t an issue anymore.

Wanted to give 5 stars for the recent improvements and good trajectory the app has. Hoping that the dev team takes the next few months to continue to address the other small things.

Horrible company and app

If I could give this app 0 stars then I would. Worst call tracking company ever. The app malfunctions, calls drop, and the over all service is terrible. I do not recommend this company or app to anyone.

App is subpar for what you pay.

Overall this app is extremely glitchy. I use call rail because I’m pot committed at this point, and overall it serves is purpose (multiple routing numbers can be managed in one interface. I use call rail for multiple purposes, but this review is for the lead center app.

1. Managing 150 rentals general call numbers
2. Multiple mailers and lead generation marketing (10-20numbers).

Calls:

Biggest issue is that even with the app open I will miss calls or calls don’t get routed to my phone.

Caller id is very rarely correct and you cannot update it in the app

Transferring calls people can get stuck in an endless loop where you can’t find the call.

Texts:
Next issue is notifications for texts. You, almost always, have to swipe or refresh the text log to see incoming messages, and even then I have to sometimes close out the app and restart it.

More than once myself or another agent responded to a customer because we couldn’t see that someone else had already responded.

Searching for old texts or conversations is almost impossible in the app. They get buried or removed or just can’t be found, even though you see them on the desktop app.

Poor UX and overall app experience

I’ve been working with it for the past few months and honestly the app could be so much better.

App is glitchy, you need to refresh a couple of times to see messages or transcripts, it automatically scrolls up when I’m looking for a client, it deletes messages when I go outside the app to double check information and the app won’t ring or notify calls sometimes.

Then if the call glitches you have to go to the desktop site to go online again, or you could also delete and reinstall the app so it can work again.

Wish you guys could fix the UX and bugs on this thing.

Excuse me? I need to be able to login via my Google account.

I pay over $300 a month for this service. I STILL CAN’T sign in on the mobile app with my Google account. I have no means of using this app. It’s outrageous.

It seems CallRail does not value this app

As an app owner myself, Im shocked at how poorly CallCenter performs. Very glitchy, tons of UI Bugs, nearly unusable but CallRail must already know this and have decided it’s low priority.

Bad app

It literally logs me out mid call…

Glitchy

So far it’s been a glitch filled experience. I am not receiving notifications, calls are being missed, texts won’t send, and I have to manually refresh to see incoming texts. I’m already looking at alternative services. I expected better than this.

Disaster- does anyone at callrail test this app

If all high-level executives at callrail were obligated to use this crappy app for one week to make all of their calls I think things will get fixed pretty quickly. Maybe they should be forced to read all of the feedback for improvement ideas. How many people are they ripping off at $40 a month for this crappy application? I can’t even pull in my contacts from my iPhone to make a call. I have to manually dial every number which is retarded. I can’t name a contact if Caller ID isn’t available for them. So many problems that I’m noticing in just one hour of using this disaster of an app

Not worth it IMO

We’ve used lead center for some time. The app isn’t really that great. It’s laggy, kicks me out when I go to read texts, I have to log out and back in constantly to get the function I need. Another thing is I can’t answer website chats from my phone…. Then this week our system glitched and we haven’t been receiving calls for three days at least maybe more errors throughout the time with them I don’t know. It has literally cost my company thousands of dollars. When we initially signed up for call rail we didn’t have any issues. They up sold us after a while on lead center and it’s not worth the money. If you use them just stick to the basic because if this happens to you it’s going to p!$$ you off! They also don’t know why it’s giving errors. I’m super patient and really reasonable as a person and I don’t write bad reviews but I has cost me a substantial amount of money at this point and I have a bunch of angry customers. So if this keeps someone from
Using lead center specifically not necesssril call rail we didn’t have issue with Call rail and will be switching back immediately.

Busy Mode

I recently started to use call rail , the app has some major issues.
1. Busy Mode - the app will get stuck in busy mode, you will have to call the support center , the person who answers will not be able to fix it, so they escalate it, it could take days for them to fix the issue, which means all your calls will go to voicemail.
2. For some reason if you are using Bluetooth in a car , you will not be able to speak to the person over Bluetooth , you need to answer the phone physically & speak over the speaker while driving

Overall a very poor app

Major disappointment

After using the original LC and original CallRail app. I am Incredibly disappointed with the mobile app offerings.

Every time the app is updated features go missing. It was a great app with major potential.

It would be nice to have the ability to see all the calls that come through and listen to them back.

I hope that things get better soon or I’m going to consider switching to another provider.

Horrible app

Never have I experienced such a critical service having such a crap app.

Broken

I have used CallRail for years. I have used LeadCenter since it came out. The LeadCenter app used to work ok. But the current version is broken. It crashes. It actually does not hang up properly when you end a call. (You have to hang up twice which can be very embarrassing if you say something to a workmate thinking the call is over). It is completely unintuitive as to how to simply call or text the person whose information is displayed on your screen. (Just have a bit text and call button at the bottom regardless of how a contact is being displayed). Since I use this app every day I would love to be able to give an updated review if it becomes reasonably functional again. Until then. . . bleh.

Crashes

Dunno how anyone has any reviews if you can’t even use the app… The app crashes while doing anything.

You’re life will be better without this app

The lag and general dysfunction of this app are so painful. It does not do it’s core functions reasonably well at all. It’s slow, doesn’t respond, sends messages to wrong contacts, un responsive, crashes… wow.

Major Functionality Issues

This app was better before the recent update but still wasn’t great then. Now it’s even worse. Your texts don’t send, contacts magically disappear to other centers or inboxes, calls drop just be opening the app while on a call, texts get mixed up with other clients, I can keep the list going on and on. The company I work for uses this app and it is MAJORLY FLAWED. The website is good and easy to find everything but the calling system on the phone that we use is horrible.

Ok app

I recently started using the Lead Center app. One of the things I like about it is that you can set up notifications of when an incoming text comes in. Unlike the online platform, you can only see one company at a time though and have to switch between companies to view the different leads. I find that sometimes what I see on the app isn’t matching what I see on the online platform. That might be because I need to search through the different companies (different lead lines) in order to see all the active or incoming messages.

Good Companion App

This app has some really great features and is constantly improving. It makes it easy to take and make calls as well as respond to text messages.
