Unreliable!
Payments through the App are regularly down/broken, which is frustrating as we cannot pay by direct debit as this doesn’t work via the App either!

A handy app for the renter - it helps to simplify requests and communication. Like it.
Auto pay does not work
Auto pay does not work. I use the same card details to make manual payment but when auto pay is set up it tells me I can’t make payment and should check expiry date but it’s the exact same card I use to pay manually.
Leaf Living app
Very user friendly. No hanging on a phone line waiting for an operator.
