I am sure this is a great app for those who need it. I did not need it. I looked into this as a resource for my counseling clients to use with their neurodivergent kids. I did not realize I was subscribing my business to a monthly fee of $60. My accountant had no reason to question the charge, and I paid for 17 months (at which point I discovered the recurring fee). I had never even downloaded the app; ironically, I had to download it to write this review. When asking for a refund, Leaply refunded a fraction of what I had paid. I searched ALL of my emails and only had ever received one message from them right when I apparently signed up for a “free trial.” There are no statements, invoices or notification of charges sent after that initial email. Super disappointing more than a thousand dollars later for an app/product I never used.

Je n’était même pas abonner , et sans le savoir j’ai payer un abonnement 39,99$ U.S. pendant des mois…. Une autre application avec un modèle d’abonnement très douteux. Ne recommande pas.

Beware it’s a scam

Somehow the system let me enroll in the subscription twice. They are refusing to refund me for the duplicate subscription stating system limitations. The limitation should’ve told me I already had a subscription and not let me enroll twice. Customer service is unhelpful and refusing to refund me for the duplicate subscription

Useful, perhaps more so for older kids

My 3 year old has been struggling with intense emotions and outbursts with baby sister, being more mobile, having less of her things. Some exercises great, others require planning/ prep / more than 5 mins with a 3 year old and some are very technically challenging for even 4-5 year olds. Great exercises, making some difference, maybe, but a lot suited to older kids

This app has terrible customer service

I used the app for the 30 days and was charged a cheaper rate. I didn't like the plan or app and felt like it was a waste of money. Then I canceled my plan. I was charged for the new higher rate, I sent a request asking for a refund and to cancel. No response. Now I've been charged again and I reached out to support asking for the same thing since I had tried to cancel months before. They did cancel my subscription finally but are offer 1/3 of a refund on one of those charges. They are making money off people who aren't even using the app and happen to "overlook" their initial responses.

Hey so it hurt a bit when shaking my lags, then the second part was a bit painful but, I am glad I did it. My body feels heavier than I thought it would. Is it possible to go back & start day 1&2 again today or even later today?

Poor clarity on costs

I think the people running this app offer very poor clarity on costs. I paid for what I thought was one month access to see if it helped. What I didn’t realise was that after 4 weeks I was actually on a subscription that went to £49.99 / 4 weeks. The subscription cannot be managed as a normal Apple subscription. When I try to cancel, their process is broken and buggy with final confirmation failing saying that browser security says the site cannot be trusted .

Don’t subscribe

I cancelled the subscription and they took £53 and now won’t refund because I can’t prove I unsubscribed.
