Just a disgrace
The schedule means nothing. Waited in Times Square 1.5 hrs for a Trolley yet app says one running every 15 min. Been that way for years.
Needs a serious update
How can you have a transit app without a map????? What a complete waste of time. With AI, this should take about 2 hours…

Every once in a while, it’ll kick me out to sign back in and now that I’m trying to rush to the bus trying to pay your ticket it kicks me out to log out again and what happens is it’s saying that JSON is not compatible so why is the app now coding itself to tell and read it as if I’m typing in code as if I’m missing JSON code structure I’m typing my email in the password that was provided, but there’s some type of error with the coding enabling that

Times are not accurate
The app doesn’t show real time updates for when transit is off schedule. Waited forever for pickups that were not close to the time show on the app.
