Most the time, the app will not load when opened. Needs fix!
Work out the kinks
It's great to be able to have an app to book my rides, so that I can book them when the need arises, not having to make sure I call the offices. However, I'm really tired of not being able to book rides appropriately, and then when I try to go back and change the time I have to restart the app because it won't release the information that was first entered.
I want to book a pick up time from the office for 3 PM, the system returns a pick up window of 4 to 4:30, which is not acceptable for my schedule. I have to restart the app to change it to a 2:30 pick up, and it returns a 2 to 2:30 window, which is now too early. Restart the app to make it an arrival time for Home, and I get the 2:30 to 3 PM pick up time.
If the problem is that there are no open drivers for that time, then it would be nice to be informed of that. But if that's the case why does it keep changing The times that the bus would come to me. I think this crazy AI system is still not completely online.
