Love this vacuum
I have two cats and a daughter who has rapunzel hair. I run it everyday and it has a good amount of stuff in it every time. I still use my regular vacuum every now and then for some strong suction on the carpets. This is my daily vacuum though and it saves so much time for me. I can put it on from anywhere. It always goes back to its home base to charge. And the little things that grab stuff come off easily to get all my daughter hair out of it. Absolutely love it

Love this vacuum
This is our second one. First last 4 years. Only died because our 2 year old tossed it in the dogs water bowl. This upgraded model is so nice I got another for my mom.
Works great, however…
It works great, however, it has a problem finding the base. And it tangles itself around the wire constantly. It’s right in front of the base but yet it spins around in circles about 10 times before it finds the base. Overall, it works great.
Nice while it lasted
App works ok, vacuum worked great for about a year and a half before the battery stopped charging. Since then, they’ve pretty much stopped providing support or even responding to any written requests for assistance, making my robot vacuum a very expensive paperweight.
Long time user
Long time user of this vacuum. It runs down on battery before it’s even close to the charging base. It also states poor internet signal when it’s right next to the comcast network device. I wish it could remember rooms so I can at least tell it which one to go to. But ya get what you pay for I suppose. Ps I’ve had it a year now.

Don’t use it
While this app is nice, it don’t support linking to Google Home or Alexa so I don’t use it.
I use the “Tuya” App! It pairs my Vaccum well and I can tell Google or Alexa to turn my vaccum on and off

Love the app and the robot. Just wish you could put an end time for telling Gilligan when to go home.
Decent vacuum
Vacuum is decent for price. The review would be a five out of five, but the app is not very accessible with voiceover for the blind.
App doesn’t work
I received the vacuum for Christmas. Downloaded the app and when I opened it it took me directly to the log on page. I never had the opportunity to create a log-in. So I can not use the vacuum. I tried to contact app support but it says it cannot connect.
Instructions
They really need someone that is technical and a native English speaker to read product and app manuals. This app might be a 5 star with good manuals.
Does not work with Alexa
Very disappointing… the process of connecting is extremely confusing. I have smart lights that use the same Alexa skill as this vacuum wants me to use, but I can’t connect them both to Alexa. It’s one or the other. I wish they had a standalone skill for this product. Basically, voice control is now completely useless for me.

How do you progam this app?
Is there a manual for the app and what everything means (e.g. tap to run)? How do I get the robot to return to charging dock when it needs charging? I really wanna keep this product, but thinking about returning unless I can get aome app help.
