All links and articles go to an old valentines offers page, this has clearly been an issue for a while so please fix it!!
Barely opened the app
Wanted to read some of the articles but only takes my to the valentine’s stuff. Very annoying app
No button lock
Please push an update to lock the buttons. Tor3 keeps shutting off in the middle of things due to buttons getting hit.
Bluetooth Issues
Fully charged. Won’t connect. Found out I have a version that isn’t designed for the app.
Doesn’t work on cruise ship
Lelo puts on website would work with travel. Not true. I brought on a cruise ship wifi and the app would not let me log in despite password changes. My recommendation is DON’T say it works with travel when it does not. Please be specific that it may not work at sea. My complaint is the FAQ specifics. It worked when I got back to shore.

Rubbish
From the start of trying to register it doesn’t work- a bug conflates email with user name and so tells me my name is not available. Thought this company Lelo was supposed to be classy? Qr code also didn’t work. Guys who does yr programming? Give up.
Amazing devices- unusable app
Won’t connect more than half the times you try. So best modes unusable. And why on EARTH do you need to log in to use a device you’d paid for?

Technically works; improvement needed
The app seems to work fine. I haven’t had many of the previous issues mentioned by other reviewers. My gripe mostly has to do with the fact that for remote play with a single regular partner, you can add them to control the device whenever THEY want. You have to “invite” them to join your room and generate an access code and send it to them. This is cumbersome and ruins the spontaneity of remote play. Lovense allows your partner to connect to your toy as long as it’s on. That’s what I was expecting when I purchased this premium toy. I hope this changes because otherwise it’s a good product but I cannot recommend it over the competition.

Gets annoying to have to keep logging in every other time I use it…….

Hi! Thank you for reaching out. We're sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with your LELO app. Depending on how often you use the app, it may log you out due to inactiveness after some time. However, the quick login option with Google or AppleID should allow you to get back into the app with almost no downtime at all. If this is not the case for the issue you're experiencing, please do let us know so we can look into it further.

Good app, but it always logs you out. Please fix this. It is irritating. And also the device getting disconnected at times

App won’t log in and can’t connect device so a pointless paperweight right now.

Luxury for smaller
Very nice exercise machine, i had problem getting the device to pair with my iphone but now resolved and what delight, worth every penny, im not keen on any gel & wonder if a E45 cream would be ok for inner sheath? Otherwise dry will do me. Best machine i owned thanks guys

Login doesn’t work, even with ‘Sign in with Apple’ 🙄 and all the functionality requires you to be logged in!! 😒
