No way to view past orders
Very strange that the app doesn’t let you track orders for pickup to view confirmation of order and pickup time. Have never experienced this on a restaurant app. Poorly designed.

New concept changes
I thought the employee Devante was courteous and helpful at the Burbank Lemonade.
But I Hate your new concept changes. You ruined the enjoyment of coming to Lemonade and visually seeing the food and choosing what I wanted to eat by picking what looked good to me at that time.
The food seemed reheated and not fresh as it used to be.
Unfortunately this is probably my last visit with Lemonade. I’ll tell all my followers about the bad concept changes and the food not up to the previous quality.

Healthy yummy food for the whole family
We never get tired of coming back here to lemonade to feed the whole family. The food is enriched with good nutrients with all healthy ingredients. The flavors are absolutely addicting.
One of the worst apps I’ve ever used
Had to re-start my order at least 6 times. There should be a “continue shopping” button after an item has been added to the cart. Instead, just trying to add more items results in re-starting the order.
Don’t even get me started on trying to redeem a reward!
I love the food at Lemonade but I’ll just skip their app in the future. It’s a complete waste of time.

Poor User Interface (UI)
I’d like to start by saying that I love Lemonade, the restaurant, but dislike using this app. The UI is not intuitive. It frequently sends notifications begging u to order food today, often offering a promo code. But when u click on the banner, it takes u to a weird home screen with few options. The only useful option is to “Start Order”. And almost every single time, it asks permission to use ur location, even if u order from the same exact location every time. It would be nice if it would save the permission, or at least offer u the option to order from the previous location rather than search the list every time. After you have selected the location, you get to the menu. Then u have to search for whatever food item the banner referenced, because the promo code will only work on that specific item. And when you select a menu item, ur given the option to substitute the base, and other items. But it’s not entirely obvious that you can skip all that and just add it to cart. Then to check out, u go to the cart, and go to payment. But in order to get the deal from the banner, u need to exit checkout, find the “bell” icon with the alerts and find the promo code. And then go back into the checkout process and manually enter it. After i placed my order today, I got a text msg with a link to click on to let the restaurant know when I arrive. I clicked on the link, and it took me to a page telling me to download the app. And then it actually opened the app, back to its weird little Home Screen. Nothing in the app let me notify the restaurant I had arrived. Such a weird process. But on the plus side, the food was really good.

Buggy app
You have to start your order so many times. One of the most poorly designed UX I’ve come across
No App. No crisp.
App doesn’t work so can’t order ahead. They also got rid of the crisps that came with the Market Bowl. Makes sense since they always conveniently forgot or flat out wouldn’t include it with the order.
