Brand damaging app
Lenovo should stick to its lane. Sales service isn't one of them unfortunately.
Total mess
What happened to Lenovo? So sad. Scrap the app and start over is my personal recommendation. This platform should be bulletproof by now. I can’t even logon through this app. But I can through any browser.

This app link to web page and some time keep loading and asking login again. No worth to download and direct search from web site more faster.

Sign in Issues
The issue with the app for me is that I used google to log in. But I am unable to use google to sign in the app. I can only use it in the web browser so that has to be fixed.

Support lacking
I have a new Lenovo Yoga and an older Yoga.
I tried to find my Lenovo ID but no luck.
I tried to access Smart Performance from Vantage on the new Yoga but no support could be found.
Very disappointed with Lenovo support & lack thereof!

Do not buy from them. It’s a scam company
Sad story in short: bought a Lenovo Legion laptop from their website. Waited almost a month just to have my order cancelled with the reason “the item is out of stock”. My advice is you never buy from Lenovo if you respect yourself.
Fix your bugs !!!
This app is actually garbage and I hope my product I just purchased doesn’t have any of the features this app provides I can’t make a profile to track my purchase or even see my shipping info!! Everytime I try to create my account the app stops working when I get to the verification process and I’m very disappointed hopefully this can be fixed

LenovoIDで全て紐づくのかと思ったらそうではありませんでした。ちょっとアプリの利便性はあまりないですね。

I will be updating this review as it goes, as of right now this are the facts:
I bought a really expensive thinkpad laptop T14S that was supposed to come with a processor vPro 3.60GHz -4.80Ghz, when I receive the laptop that I check in the systems and the laptop bio is says nothing of VPro and much more less about that Ghz it says only 1.80Ghz, now they are not giving me any option than to return the package, wait up to 7 days for a refund and get a new pc that god know if wont have the same problem, I bought it online directly from the main page because I don't have the time, this is creating headaches for me and my business and no one seems to care or have any solutions that do not involve wasting time from a client.

Disappointing app
You would think a massive company with huge market share that produces decent quality products would have a better app representing Lenovo. Bugs, poor UI, and clearly low investment and user adoption the app is 5+ years old and there are less than 10 star ratings and two written reviews (three now including mine). Try harder please Lenovo; I paid a lot of money for my PC, the (poor) quality of your app is already impacting my future decisions to stay loyal to your brand, and I am not pursuing getting additional accessories via your app’s Shop.

Waste of time
This app seems to serve no purpose. It constantly asks me to log in but can’t figure anything out. It’s more productive to use the web directly.

アカウントにログインしようと情報を入力し、サインインのボタンを押してもまた入力画面に戻る、学生ストアへの移動も同じく。
また、カートに追加などのキープ機能を使用しても、1度でもアプリを閉じるとカートから消えている。
結論、Amazonやヤフオク、ウェブの公式サイトから閲覧、吟味した方がいい。

Porque o app esta cada dia mais apresentando erros comuns?
Erros de rede onde estou com rede, mesmo assim informa que está off-line.
Nao consigo mais consultar por series e usava muito.
