Terribly unintuitive
Keeps resetting to wrong currency even though it know what country it is because can detect closest store and show it to me in app. This bug has yet to be resolved after years!
I didn’t received Items- but showing delivered
I had a very disappointing experience with Lenskart.
On 27th July, I visited the BurJuman Mall store and finalized two frames. I requested that they be delivered to my office address.
However, when I checked the Lenskart app, it showed my order as “Delivered”, even though I never received the items. I immediately called the store, and they informed me that the delivery partner had picked up the order but had already gone home without delivering it to me.
I also tried contacting Lenskart through WhatsApp, but I have still not received any proper resolution. It is very concerning that an order can be marked as delivered without actually reaching the customer.
This experience has been frustrating and has made me question the reliability of Lenskart’s delivery service. I hope the company investigates this issue, improves its delivery process, and resolves my missing order as soon as possible.

Misbehaving staff and inexperienced staff
Wrong makes my glasses and wasted my time really disappointed experience not next time.. all india make sure if you want hard earned money waste with this store
Delayed Delivery
I was in india for a week and initially they said the frame will be delivered in 3-4 days but later Lo after I paid they keep delaying it. Now I have to travel back and my family will have to courier it to me. I will have to bear the addition cost for international courier because of their false commitment.
