You (Lexmark) just lost some revenue
I give up. I bought this printer with the intention on subscribing to toner. I’m signed into the app. I can manage my printer. I choose the option to subscribe, I choose the plan, I enter payment info and then it never completes. I have contacted support, they wanted to get details from my browser, I told them I have the same issue from the mobile app, the website, tried accessing the site from multiple computers. Created a new account, with a different email address, same problem. I just ordered an HP printer, that’s my solution.

Wifi connection
It’s almost impossible to make the WiFi connection working.
Nonsensical Garbage
You have to already have your printer connected to your network…in order to connect the printer to a network. Useless.
Very happy and easy setup with MacBook
Very happy about the printer, the easy setup processus, the printung speed and the printing quality. Much better than th HP printer I had.
WORST APP KNOWN TO MAN
ZERO INSTRUCTIONS. everything failed. Connects to random WiFi networks. Worst app I have ever used.
Nice printer….setup. Not so easy
It was difficult to find the serial number. The receipt showed an S in front of the serial number and that is not acceptable when trying to register. I checked online as to where to look for the serial number and finally called customer service. It was not on the back panel, which is where it said to look online. It is actually inside the front panel. Good to know..
no, it says my printer is locked and I have no idea how to get back to admin to unlock it. My username and password that I wrote down when I set it up does not work.

App don’t work
App and printer can’t seem to connect
Does not support new printer
I have a 3 year old printer that the app no longer supports. This is a garbage company.

Works great to manage printer
Works great to manage printer however there an issue with the option in the app that should allow you to take a picture and print it, unfortunately even after uninstalling and reinstalling the app crashes when clicking on the scan button
Useless App
This app is useless. When I tried to get it to connect to the printer it was looking for the wrong printer WiFi address, and there doesn’t seem to be any way to change the WIFI address to the one on the printer. Then I tried scanning the QR code, and after saying it recognised the WR code, the app wouldn’t proceed any further with the set up. I then set up the printer on my WiFi network manually, then asked the app to find the printer, which it now did, but when I tried to add the printer to the app it won’t add it, and just seems stuck on trying to add it. Pretty hopeless

Easy setup
This app made it easy to connect the printer to my wifi network. I can now easily see the status of my printer and perform simple device functions. The ability to register and option to subscribe to toner are a plus.
