The face recognition does not work even after I put my credentials in. It bounce me back to sign in.

Faulty features
The posted payments do not show any longer from the app. When I click on transactions the app displays a blank page with no transactions. Additionally, I had a pop-up notification immediately after logging in and after clicking the x in the top right corner to clear it nothing happens and the notification stayed up indefinitely after clicking the x multiple times. Rather frustrating that there are faulty areas in the app and that I have to login on a browser to see principal/interest breakdown for individual posted payments.

Lexus Fix the dang app!
This app is constantly glitching, when I go into login with my Face ID, there’s “something wrong with the biometrics” this is probably like every other day! Seriously Lexus fix the damn app. I go to pay my bill sometimes it works sometimes it doesn’t.
Doesn’t Work
I’ve been trying to get into this app since I purchased my car 3 weeks ago. I can’t get pass putting in my vin# and the last four digits of my social. At this point I’ve given up.
Terrible service
Waste of time. The app doesn’t work. When called , it wastes your time by giving 10 options to choose from. But no option to talk an actual person. Stop wasting other people’s time
Horrible customer service experience
After leasing two vehicles in this being my third and submitting all information, I need to get my due date changed to the 15th as I requested by my sales person with Lexus in the first place I have been harassed on the phone today saying I was past due when you’ve had my due date changed since June 9 I want someone to look into my account and call me back. I was treated horribly.

This app is super easy and straight forward. Very helpful when you need to sign in on the go and make a quick payment.
Buggy App
Your app is very inconstant and buggy. No good reason why I have to reset my password… it’s annoying. Also, why can’t everything be combine in one app. The remote app has as many inconsistencies and incorrect statuses as your financial.

I would recommend that people finance through their own banks or other financial institutions. The worst experience ever. Customer support is rude and untrained.
