You’re charging me a late fee for a payment that’s not late. It’s due on the 15th today is the 15th
How can you charge someone a late fee when they’re paying their payment on the 15th and the payment is due by the 15th. That makes no sense.

Issue with logging in
I was putting in the correct password it continue to say incorrect. I had changed it. This is the third time this has happened and it was not allowing me to use facial recognition.

The app removes my debit card everytime I add it. Does not allow me to make weekly payments

My payment never seems to go through. Very frustrating. Which makes it seem like I’m paying it late which is not the case. Had a lot of issues using this app
Clean app but issues with submitted payments
It’s clean and easy to use. But I’ve had many issues with the payment system. I will make payments to my bill but it will take days to pull the funds from my account. By then, the funds will no longer be in my bank account so i get failed payment alert on my Lexus account. It would be much better if the Lexus app could pull, or at least hold, the funds from my bank when i submit the payment on the app.

Super Easy
This app is super easy and straight forward. Very helpful when you need to sign in on the go and make a quick payment. Revision: Looks like they made updates to app. It is no longer a one step process to make a payment. This change was totally not necessary.

Faulty features
The posted payments do not show any longer from the app. When I click on transactions the app displays a blank page with no transactions. Additionally, I had a pop-up notification immediately after logging in and after clicking the x in the top right corner to clear it nothing happens and the notification stayed up indefinitely after clicking the x multiple times. Rather frustrating that there are faulty areas in the app and that I have to login on a browser to see principal/interest breakdown for individual posted payments.

Lexus Fix the dang app!
This app is constantly glitching, when I go into login with my Face ID, there’s “something wrong with the biometrics” this is probably like every other day! Seriously Lexus fix the damn app. I go to pay my bill sometimes it works sometimes it doesn’t.
