App needs a lot of work
The Lexus app is terrible. It is constantly disconnecting from my RX 350. Then the car asks for my pin again. This happens about every 20 minutes. Lexus needs to do better.
Having issues with remote start AGAIN
Please fix constant connection issues with remote start. It’s 100F in Texas. I got no other use for this app!

I love love love my Lexus. I appreciate the auto start and power when driving. I especially appreciate entering a warm car in the winter after starting my car from the house and a cool car when leaving work in 103 degrees heat index. You get what you pay for. This was a wise investment and a great birthday gift from my husband. # satisfied

Lexus app should be accessible for decades not stop after 5 years.
I was told I only have 3 years left on this app before Lexus takes it all away which is a bummer since I find it very useful especially using start/off and lock and unlock features
Feature Add
I would love to be able to open the app and shop Lexus products. For example, I wish I could just login and order a sunshades for specifically for my vehicle making model. Headphones for the car, etc..

The Lexus app is easy to use. I enjoy all the features, especially starting the car on a hot summers day to cool down the inside….So Freaking Awesome!
Would like to control the A/C
When you turn on the car, it turns on the A/C as it was when you turned off the car last time. I would like to be to control the A/C Temperature and Fan Speed
Terrible
Fonts are too small. Why does the find my vehicle last parked location only show a map on the top one third of the phone screen and the rest of the screen is black with a dealer icon?
Convenience at Its Best!
The Lexus app is absolutely wonderful! It’s incredibly convenient, user-friendly, and always seems to be right on point. Everything is easy to access and manage, making owning and keeping up with my Lexus so much simpler. This was truly a great creation—well thought out and very useful!

Needs improvement
Need a lot of improvement. First, there is a long lag of getting current info on the car battery percentage. Second, you can start charging on the Lexus app but cannot stop charging using the app (really need this). Third, need to be able to adjust charging percentage on the app and not just in the car and should be happening in real time.

Key features don’t work
In the charging history section, it doesn’t display kWh, every entry is 0.0. Also in statistics it tells me stats can’t be displayed because it doesn’t have a month’s worth of data. I’ve been charging for almost two years.
Digital Key is Sporatic
The digital key is a disgrace to the Lexus brand as it frequently won’t open the doors, won’t lock the doors, or even start the car! Want a digital key that works go to another brand. Note this is LSS 3.0.
Not working
This app has stopped working for about three weeks now even with upgrades. The app literally doesn’t function when trying to log in normally or with Face ID. Lexus could not resolve it and told me to get the latest update and still not working. As of August 30, 2026.
