This is my second Lexus RX 350 F Sport, we love the quality and reliability of our vehicles. However my only wish was Lexus would have kept the 6 cylinder engine in my 2020 Lexus! Much better performance and quiet sounds from the engine!! After a few minor issues with it was new the only issue is after replacing my wiper blades they still are not doing a good job wiping my windshield!😳

Poor design
App is wrought with errors and poor design. The battery on my RZ is never correct and doesn’t refresh. The design is not user friendly. Customizations are a joke. Probably the worst car app I have used. Lexus failed on this one.

Poor functionality, can’t start vehicle remotely. Barely open the car. Overall poor product. Tesla app is a million times better. I really miss that app performance.

It can do half the things, half of the time
The digital key is an absolute joke, exires often, fails to download often, and even when all that is out of the way, it still fails to activate the car more often than not. It is good to be able to lock the door from a distance, but if that's all this app can do reliabily, it should be much simpler app.

Additional App Features
I wish the app would allow me to adjust the heating and air conditioning systems. I think it would be great to be able to set temperatures from the app when using the remote start function.
Thin as apps go
It could easily be made to work with the cars settings. Allow setting to coordinate with the car. This would allow for the capacity to modify the settings remotely. To boost its power explanations pf each setting would make it the most powerful and unique tool in the industry. Include a search engine and there is no end to your possibilities to improve it’s usefulness.

Remote Connect Options
It’s completely ridiculous that Lexus does not offer Remote Connect as a standalone service. Instead, customers are forced to bundle it with music or navigation features they may not need or want.
The least expensive option starts at $15 a month for an app that is already glitchy and unreliable. Paying a premium for unnecessary features just to access basic remote functionality is frustrating and feels completely unreasonable.
Lexus can—and should—do better. Poorly done, Lexus.

Inaccurate information
Even when the doors are locked, the apps keep saying that the doors are unlocked. Unless you click lock on the app, it doesn’t recognize that the car is locked. And the charging percentage doesn’t get updated unless you swipe the screen multiple times.
