Feels like a joke
What a terrible app and design. Slow to load and connect. We have a hybrid LX and the lack of basic features support is astounding. Can’t heat/cool using just battery or without starting the truck. Can’t start the vehicle if it’s unlocked. Can’t lock if it’s running (dog mode??). No trip data, no location tracking, no remote disabling, valet mode, or speed control. It literally is good for on/off only. A kid with Claude could build a better functioning app in 2 hours. What an embarrassment.

I think I should be able to control my A/C and my car also stays on when I start it from the app instead of shutting off when I unlock it out get inside

The best vehicle we’ve ever owned. Treated extremely well at Tony Graham Lexus. We’ll buy another Lexus when needed. The ride and luxury in the vehicle is amazing.
Unable to sign in?
The app WAS useful but for some reason I’m now unable to sign in through the app. When I press “Sign In” the screen fades away for a second and comes back to the same menu. When I try to use FaceID it gives a message saying “There was a problem with sign in. Please try again later. We apologize for any inconvenience.”

Easy Luxury
My husband sells cars and I’ve had many over the years. And that also means I’ve had many car apps. My Lexus app is my favorite! Luxury at its finest and user-friendly.
App not working
I have had my car and this app for 2 months and it’s only work for a couple weeks. Just keeps saying unable to sign in. When I try to login it just flashes the screen. I have tried deleting and reinstalling with no luck.
More helpful if…
Love he convenience of being able to lock from my phone if I’ve forgotten. I enjoy being able to start my car, enabling it to cool down or heat up. It would be better if I had climate control on my phone and if the car would stay on once turned on and didn’t turn off once a door was opened. I’d also enjoy it if when I unlock my doors that all unlock.

Why is the app not allowing me to login? Deleted it and reinstall. Nothing.
