Horrible service
Why am I getting this renewal request five days after my subscription expired without notification to me! I only found out about the expiration when you disconnected all of my connected apps! When I finally got through on the phone to Lexus, the only program they told me about was $10 per month now I see there’s other options to consider! This is terrible service!!

App works well. Can be very slow to automatically refresh its self when it comes to knowing when the vehicle is locked or unlocked. Makes the remote start process take longer.

Pretty good but far from perfect
To the reviewers, this is a reviewer of the app, not the car. The app is bad at multi profiling. You essentially are limited to one owner with the rest having (limited) guest access.
