Awful
Typical Lake Havasu City municipal run service. Zero concern for the reason they exist or duty to customers. I’ve tried the service a few times and it’s just an awful experience. Long wait times. Dangerous lack of concern for riders. Service is pathetic. They drop you across the street from your destination, forcing you to walk across a busy street rather than pull into a driveway or parking lot. Frankly, with all the options available in town, why does the city commit resources and personnel to an unnecessary service they’re unable to properly manage? The only positive is the cost, but the savings aren’t worth the risk or inconvenience. Or justify the massive subsidies required. Just create a voucher system for riders and let them choose from the variety of services already available.
