Love it but would love an Apple Watch option

Like I said in the title, this app is phenomenal, but I would love to have the ability to get alerts on my Apple Watch.

Alarm not reliable

Quite often the alarm does not sound on my parent phone. I find this to be dangerous fault as this could cause a significant medical emergency or even death.

App not working since latest update

App worked great up until the update last week. Since then I haven’t gotten any readings from my husband’s sensor. Very disappointing. I’ll call customer service but it is still irritating.

No low notifications

Husbands app updated last night and now I get no notifications for low blood sugar. His sugar got to 60 before I knew it. Only because his phone went off and I finally heard it.

Lost of connection

Since the update every 5 minutes or so it keeps losing connection to their libre, before the update app was great but not now. I’m give app a one star once fixed I’ll update review

Missing data

It’s great that my wife is able to share her Glucose chart, allowing me to remotely monitor her glucose levels. However, I don’t understand why I don’t see the same chart she does; hers displays her recorded insulin, carbs, exercise, etc, whereas my view does not, so I can’t tell when I see a spike whether or not she has treated it. Conversely, if I see a sudden drop, can’t tell if she inadvertently administered too much insulin.

It’s only good for current numbers.

I’m very disappointed with the severe lack of data in the link up app. I’m a caregiver for my mother and I barely have any data to work with. My mother’s phone is the reader for her CGM’s, but I cannot view 1/10th the data her direct app does. When alerts do occur I have to speak to my mother directly to find out why we are getting alerts.

Language localization issue

Hello,

I would like to report a language localization issue in the LibreLinkUp app.

I am currently in the United States and use a U.S. Apple ID. My iPhone’s preferred language order is:

1. Simplified Chinese
2. English (United States)

In LibreLinkUp, the language is also set to Simplified Chinese, but the app interface is displayed in Traditional Chinese instead.

This appears to be a localization/language-selection bug in the LibreLinkUp app. The app recognizes the language as Simplified Chinese in the settings, but the actual user interface is rendered in Traditional Chinese.

Could you please investigate this issue and let me know if there is a workaround or when a fix might be available?

Thank you.

Cut-and-paste support

Somehow, I think Apple is downgrading the notifications from this app because I don’t get them consistently anymore. It’s frustrating to find out two hours later that there was an alarm.

To the devs, I don’t need your cut-and-paste reply, I’d just like to hear that you will look into this.

Inadmissible!

Very poor and no analysis

Considering oem and the kind of data and resources available- no valueble feature available- look at free alternatives like gluro - the detailed graphical views they are providing- apple health integration- do know on which era they are living

Not working

This app is NOT working

Lot of work improvements needed!

The experience has been disappointing. I’m using the CGM (different brand) for almost 4 months now and this LibreLinkUp was something we thought we will try and see how it works. The data is very limited. You cannot track or go back to check previous days. What you see on the screen is all you get. You can’t track when insulin was taken or food was eaten. Never using this again.

Doesn’t Work

The newest update won’t show detailed information or any information. Tried unlinking and relinking. Deleted and reinstalled. Roll it backwards or fix it asap so parents of diabetic kids can access what is needed.

Doesn’t always work

Great when it works, not working for over 12 hours and nothing online to say there’s a problem. Apple replied but still after days no response from the support page!

Great but can be improved

It would be helpful if you can also integrate or connect the data from the app to Apple health.

Very Limited

It only shows you data for the past 12 hours. You can’t see back days or weeks. Therefore, as a spouse or care giver, you can’t monitor trends and such to help with caregiving. The Linkup app should show the long term graphs and such like the Libre wearer has access to.

Needs improvements!!!

This app seems like an awesome idea but they need to seriously work on the connection issues!! My husband and I just became caretakers for my mother in law who has diabetes. We wanted to be able to get notifications in the night in case she goes high or low and so far all we have done is fight to maintain a connection. We even called the support line and still we are getting disconnected. This app is too
Important to cut corners and not do everything possible to make sure it works.

Good app, needs widgets

Please add widgets, this will allow even better monitoring of blood glucose levels. Other than that the app is great and functions well

Disappointed

I depend on this app for my teenage son. He’s a Type 1 and doesn’t wake for his alarms. I use this to alert me so I can make sure he’s okay and this app fails. It will go okay for a while where I’m getting alerts then it’ll stop for days or at this point weeks! It’s very scary to think I could miss something trying to depend on this to alert me and it’s not even working!
