Constantly Offline!
This whole app seems like a scam. Can’t get logged on to cancel it, so they keep charging me. They provide a phone number that, if you google it, also comes up for other random businesses, including a dog walker. When you call it, it rings 4 times then disconnects. Don’t get stuck with this like I did!!!

Can’t even log on!
I haven’t been able to log onto this app in months despite the things they ask me to do to make it happen. Yet I got charged for another year!
Stopped working and No support
I have been trying to contact the developer since August 2024 when the app stopped loading and even just today again.
I have not heard anything back from them and I paid for a lifetime membership when they first launched the app in November 2021. Obviously just taken the money and disappeared now it seems. Was good while it worked.

Not working
I used to love the meditations but this app hasn’t worked for months. It just stays on the loading screen
App no longer loads
I used the app frequently when I first loaded and paid for it. I’ve been trying to get into again over the past two weeks and it won’t load. It stops at the intro screen and hangs up. I’ve deleted and reloaded, no help.

The app has suddenly stopped working. Says it’s off line but there is nothing wrong my end as all other apps work fine. Unable to contact Liferise for help or support. Don’t waste your money.

I absolutely love this app. So much. It’s just no longer reliable. I depend on it to sleep. Yet, always offline. Doesn’t work. Crashes. Prior to 2024 never had an issue, EVER. FIX.IT. Make it better. I miss using this EVERYDAY!

Wonderfully personalizable
It’s amazing that this app lets you program in your own ambiance (sounds, music, background!). It really feels like my own. The AI coach is very poignant and I feel very supported. Beautiful app and magical experience!!
The Best Mindfulness App Out There!
Liferise has a plethora of ways to bring mindfulness into your daily life. I especially love the soundscapes I created to help me relax before sleep time. In fact, i played them when my sister was in hospice to help with her anxiety. I also enjoy the Oracle cards and asking the Wisdom Sage questions. In this day and age where anxiety and depression are running rampant, Liferise can help to alleviate this epidemic.

I keep getting charged
I canceled this service but I still keep getting charged an annual fee. I can’t log into the app to try and get help because it says I don’t have an account. Last year I had to dispute the charge with Apple on my Apple Card. Now a year later I was just charged again. This needs to stop. I will be disputing this charge again with Apple CC.

I love what i can use and enjoy being able to mix to my liking. It really helps me relax as I do suffer from bouts of anxiety. However I’m also not in a position to pay for subscription so just wish there was more free stuff to help. The reminders are helpful and I enjoy the emails though I’ve got to say the astrology for me has been way off 🙂 oh and I can’t turn the music off once it is in !😬
