What's New in LIFT

1.0.8

September 8, 2026

When you tap a weight or a reps number in a workout, a line under it says what I suggest and the set the number came from, like "I suggest 135 lb here, from 135 lb × 10 last time". The set you are on is marked, and the last set of an exercise waits for the reps you actually got before it will log. When a block ends, Continue builds the next one from the same exercises, starting each lift from your last real week of training rather than the deload. If that block pushed one muscle harder than the rest, I ask right there whether to lead with it again or go balanced, instead of sending you to another screen. If a block ended with nothing logged, I say so on the door and in the plan, and every weight in the next block starts from your profile. On a deload week, nothing asks you for feedback, and the summary says the block is closing. Your plan shows the week first and the reasons under it. Ending a block asks in one line. Block names carry one number each. Ready-made plans now live behind Pick a split, so Build something different is three routes and nothing else.
