What's New in Lift X
1.5.0
July 28, 2026
Lift X 1.5: your workout log is now fully yours. - Edit or delete any logged workout. Fix a typo, remove a test session, and every stat recalculates. - Routines now seed every set from your last session, and each set prefills with what you did in that same position last time. - Only completed sets count. Unfinished suggestions are never logged, so your volume, calories, and recovery reflect real work only. - Set logging polish: editing a value replaces it cleanly, adjusting a set starts your rest timer, and finished sets turn green. - Celebration screens now scroll, so big PR days never hide the buttons. - With your goal reached, calorie targets correctly return to maintenance until you set a new cut or bulk. - Cleaner headers and general polish.
