So grateful for Lindsey and the time and energy she puts into making this as easy as possible for us. She’s constantly learning and making the app better and better with more info and resources. Definitely worth the price! Lindsey and her app have changed my life!

Can’t log into app
I just joined this workout app and I can’t even get into the app. I can’t log into this app at all. I changed my email password and it won’t let me I get an error message.

This app has CHANGED me forever. For years I have tried everything your typical influencer on Instagram says will “grow your glutes” or build any muscle really by giving you circuit after circuit and changing it up every single week. If what you’re going for is fun and you just like the burn, then keep doing what you’re doing. But if you want to actually grow your glutes with progressive overload, or any other muscle for that matter, you need this app! It has been life changing! This is how you change your body composition! I can’t recommend this app enough!! Train SMARTER not HARDER people!! Thank you Lindsay for creating this app and all the programs in it!
