About

The perfect gym tracker. One payment. Use it forever. Try LiftLog free for 7 days. After that, you choose your price — and own the app for life. No subscription. No recurring charges. No locked features. — ONE PAYMENT, YOUR PRICE Most workout apps charge a monthly fee, forever. LiftLog asks once. After your 7-day trial, choose from four tiers — Minimum, Suggested, Supporter, or Patron. All four unlock the same app, the same features, the same future updates. The tier you pick is between you and your wallet. Nothing is held hostage. Buy once and share with your whole household — Family Sharing means your family gets LiftLog without paying again. — 40 PROVEN PROGRAMS, READY TO RUN Pick a name you trust and start today. • Beginner — StrongLifts 5×5, Starting Strength, Greyskull LP, Arnold's Golden Six, Convict Conditioning • Hypertrophy — Push/Pull/Legs, PHUL, PHAT, German Volume Training, DC Training, Heavy Duty • Strength — Wendler 5/3/1, Texas Method, Westside Barbell (Conjugate), Bill Starr 5×5, Madcow 5×5, Reg Park, GZCLP • Specialist — Strong Curves, Smolov Jr., Two-Day & Five-Day Splits Every program loads with the right exercises, sets, reps, and rest intervals already wired up. Press start. — 1,500 EXERCISES WITH ANIMATED FORM GUIDES Every movement ships with a looping animation showing the full range of motion, plus muscle map, equipment, and step-by-step instructions. Filter by body part, equipment, or movement pattern. Search in your language. — A TRACKER THAT REMEMBERS EVERYTHING • Auto-fills your last weight and reps so you never start cold • Personal best alerts the moment you hit one • Rest timer with one-tap presets (45s, 60s, 90s, 2m, 3m) • Supersets, drop sets, and timed sets for holds and isometrics • Per-set notes for form cues and tempo • Undo any change for 30 days — nothing is lost • Progress charts over weeks, months, and years — TRACK YOUR BODY, NOT JUST THE BAR • Log bodyweight and body measurements — kg/lb, cm/inch • Trend chart with your 30-day change at a glance • Relative strength — your lifts as a multiple of your bodyweight — START IT WITH YOUR VOICE "Start my next workout with LiftLog." Say it and your session is open before the phone is back in your pocket. Ask for your streak or this week's volume and LiftLog answers out loud — nothing to unlock, nothing to tap. Every action is in Shortcuts too, so your warm-up, your playlist and your workout can all start on one tap. — BUILT FOR THE WAY YOU TRAIN • Kg or lb — toggle once, every screen updates • Dual language — app interface and exercise content run independently (11 languages) • Works fully offline. No account required. • No ads. No analytics tracking your workouts. — NATIVE iOS, NOTHING ELSE Built in SwiftUI. No web wrappers, no battery drain, no hidden trackers. LiftLog feels at home on iPhone because it was made for it. Try free for 7 days. Pay once. Lift forever. Built by lifters, for lifters. What's New in LiftLog

1.8.4

October 23, 2026

Now Siri can spot you. LiftLog could already start your workout when you asked. Now it stays with you through every set. Rack the bar and say "Log my set in LiftLog". The set you've just finished is saved, and Siri reads it back: "Logged 8 reps at 85 kilograms on Barbell Bench Press." Your screen stays right where you left it. If the reps aren't filled in yet, Siri asks how many you did. Then say "Start my rest timer in LiftLog" and your usual rest starts counting down, in the app and on your widgets. Starting is quicker too. Say the name of any workout you've saved, like "Start Push Day with LiftLog", and it opens ready for your first set. And Repeat Last now rebuilds exactly the workout you did, even after you've edited a set in your history. Still no ads. Still no subscriptions.
