It saves me time and the alerts, excellent. Keep making it better. You need to develop more reporters for other versions like especially R-Series.

I’ve used so many sales, accounting, performance and monitoring apps over the years. This one might just be the worst. It seems like they just made a shell and tried to save money by having web pages serve within the app. Sadly, most of the pages don’t format correctly which makes the app very cumbersome to navigate. Just make a stand-alone app for X clients. One star because at least it exists.

App Not Working
This app does not work period. I cannot get to sales management or get to the menu bar. All it does is show the chart for the sales. I cannot access customer contact info when I am not in the office or access tickets. It is pointless to have the app because it DOES NOR WORK! I’ve tried to close out the application numerous times. Nothing. Very frustrating!

I used to be able to look at register closures, since this update the feature has been removed.
Why are you removing features, Isn’t the goal in life in general to expand and grow in all aspects? Why are you going backwards by removing and limiting the functionality of something?

Helpful but not perfect
I try to use this app but regularly resort to logging into the main site from my phone to monitor sales at my business while I’m out in meetings. It would be very helpful if this app would automatically refresh the data. It’s a bit of a pain to get fresh data to show. It would also be very nice if I could choose which info is shown on the Home Screen.

Please provide intra-day sales data refresh
The only way I can get the intra-day sales data to refresh is to either log out or switch to weekly view and then back to day view. Standard iPhone refresh happens when you pull the screen down. Pls provide that or at least a refresh button. Views are all just desktop views rehashed for the app. I’m happy to provide more detailed feedback.

Good when it works
Often crashes and sometimes will not load, running on iPhone 12 and ios 14.4
When it works it quickly does it’s job!
Going to try deleting the app and reinstalling - hopefully that will do the trick.

Getting there!
Hey guys! Last log in/out update was great! I haven’t had to log in again. Issue is now for the last 2 days it doesn’t update the tiles/ app any more. I have 3 tiles up. With 3 different metrics one is black. And the other 2 don’t load latest data. Hope fully other are having this issue and it’s fixed soon :)
