$17 precharge
This app is great but this whole $17 sub charge defeats their whole affordability argument. I understand the reason for it but I find it to be circular in nature.
Brutally bad!?
First of all, making users swipe through instructions every single time they book a ride is unnecessary and frustrating. Second, the voice speaking during a ride is jarring —and don’t yell at me to “avoid sidewalks” when I am NOWHERE NEAR A SIDEWALK. Third, the app shouldn’t automatically photograph the scooter during parking; user agency is key. And fourth, I would have gladly shared this feedback in private if there was a contact or feedback option ANYWHERE in the app, but the help section has like 4 options and if none of those fits your issue you’re just out of luck. This makes me wonder if this company even gives a damn about its customers… do you even have a UX team? Do they do usability testing? Bc this is so infuriating I literally got off my scooter when I saw a competitor available and used it instead.

No connection bug
Really annoying when you have the no connection bug, you see physically that there are plenty bikes. And despite troubleshooting phone and app, you can't access bikes, regardless.
Not convenient at all
I can never just hope on and ride!!! All this damn steps and verifications!! But I see 16 years damn near getting ran over every day!! It’s stupid!!
parking
this app is great and the whole idea is good but the thing i hate about it is that you need wifi to access it and to park i think that is ridiculous and i was struggling to park it without data and i had to go to a complete opposite way just to find somewhere with wifi to park this . please fix it so it can park without data.

I understand needing to verify the age of riders, but having to scan my face and ID every single time I ride is very annoying.
Latest update truncates button text
I can’t read the text on buttons anymore on iPhone 15 pro because the text is truncating with “…” Please fix this.
Why 18+
If am be honest we all love lime.Its easy and effective to get around on ur daily needs.However since adding 18+ its be rather frustrating and difficult.By having that feature I’ve lose hrs of lime
Min.Either the lime ai not being able to scan my face when am over the age of 18 or me forgetting my id.This feature is terrible making many people frustrated like me and some missing out on using lime currently.Like pls remove this feature so others can use it again and not suffer and be as frustrated as me

I just spent money for me to ride lime and it is not letting me verify my face you need to fix this or give me my money back other then that lime is good
GDPR violation
Despite holding on to my ID and I for for 6 months, within 3 they had lost all of it and always ask for ID. Shameful.
Terrible bikes
I understand that if a bike is broken its due to other users. But it feels pike the report button does nothing. I just attempted to ride to bikes, not making it to the top of my road because I reserved one where half the seat was missing and another which had a flat tire. No refund or nothing.

The aim is to experience the convenience of short-distance travel, learn about motorbike traffic rules, and try out different routes.
As far as I’m concerned, motorbikes are quite fascinating,
It’s easy to drive, and as long as you can find a parking space at your destination, you’re sure to have a comfortable journey.
Incidentally, just as the heavy rain was hitting us,

Buggy app that causes fines
I have had multiple occasions, where I have parked in the parking area and the app has not registered my parking and so I have been charged with £2 parking charges double the cost of the original ride.
I have contacted Lime repeatedly and had no response or clarification.
