They took all my money
Hello,
I started my ride through your website without using the app. Unfortunately, the website disappeared for some reason, and I was unable to end my ride.
I then downloaded the app to try to stop the ride and contact support, but I couldn’t find any way to speak with someone. It appears that I can’t contact support unless I start another ride, which doesn’t make sense.
I have evidence showing exactly when I finished my ride and where I left the bike, and I’m happy to provide it.
I sincerely hope this issue can be resolved. It’s not fair to be charged for extra time because of a technical problem that prevented me from ending the ride. From a customer’s perspective, it feels like it’s very easy to start a ride but extremely difficult to end one or get support, which can result in unfair charges.
Please review my case and adjust the charges accordingly. Thank you for your assistance.

Just takes Your money
This app took over $50 last month and didn’t even let me ride. I was so livid. I had to walk 10 miles to the train. Sad will never use it again. I gave it one star but I wish I couldn’t have gave it nothing
Surprise! You wasted money because you’re not allowed to go here. Worst app ever.
They don’t tell you where you’re allowed to go before you start your trip so they wait until you’ve paid and then you find out after you’ve paid that you can’t even actually get to where you want to go. Total scam don’t do it. If they showed you where you can and cannot go ahead of time it would be fine but it’s all a big trip to get you to spend more money.

I’m 45 never had this much fun in my life simple as that
No bikes in central London or the City after 7pm
Pointless trying to get a bike in the evening in Central London or the City as they are all outside zone 1! Also the fictionality of the bikes is terrible, plenty have faults and problems. Try Forest Bikes as they aren’t as popular but much better for availability.

It was my (our) first time renting and riding the scooters and we had a blast. The sign up process was pretty straight forward but for a new user there was a little confusion. I wanted to rent two scooters but I think I inadvertently booked theee before realizing my error. I wonder if there’s a way to be credited for that error. If not, it’s a learning experience. I’ll definitely be riding again.

Bugs and other slight problems
I love using lime bike however there have been far to many bugs not allowing me to use the passes and for some reason just the app in general other than that it’s very useful and easy to use
