The pricing for lime bikes has become too expensive, in most journeys it feels like I’m paying almost as much as I would for an uber, which defeats the purpose of using a bike as an affordable transport option. Even more frustrating is the parking system. They allow you to unlock the bike and starting the journey, but when you reach your destination the app refuses to let you end the ride claiming there are too many bikes in the area or there is no parking zone. The problem is that there are often other line bikes parked in there. I had to catch the train, and at the station it didn’t allow me to end the ride I was forced to ride around and go far from the station so so I could and the trip. Because the meter was running. So I was getting charged even more.

Bikes sometimes Broken
The value is good. The app is well made. But the bikes have a habit of being broken on a few occasions. The peddles are main problem with loose or broken peddles. 4/5 stars.
Keeps asking for subscription
Almost every time I open this app, it asks me to subscribe. Please stop.
My first Lime
The first bike I checked out had a broken seat so I checked it back in. This bike stopped pedal assist briefly and I thought the battery might be dead. It started working again though and worked fine for the remainder of the ride.

I clicked on the £3.99 for 30 minutes (good deal) however once I finished and took a picture of the bike, why on earth did it overcharged me to £13.57. THEY ALSO TOOK £3.99. I’m not happy and I will not remove this review until I get my money back.

Broken maps lead to me getting charged for 40 mins
I got charged 40 minutes because the maps on the app was broken and i cant tell which spot can i park at. The location i was at is stuck and inaccurate to the point i have to reinstall the app 3 times to desperately fix it. A 10 minute ride got me charged 4x because of this bug.

This app used to be good, but now it’s Rubbish When it comes to parking it makes you go like 20 minutes away and park there and then once you wanna lock up when you’re very far from the actual location you’re supposed to go it says please move the bike out of the pathway but it was on the road. I took a picture and it keeps saying move it out of the pathway but there was no close to the pathway. This thing became rubbish and terrible experience and my ride was double expensive because they made me park it far away and much more extra time they put me through all this problems

Horrid support
The hoops they force you though just to get “reduced fare” seems like if you encounter any sort of issue from sheerID. Even when SheerID says that you are approved. Like support will tell you to bugger off and ignore your requests and support tickets. They truly discriminate against people while advertising that they are good.
