Poor Design with No Updates
I hate this app. all i want to do is connect my apple watch to the app to help me gain points and all the directions online don’t apply to this stone age application. PLEASE IMPROVE IT
Logout issues
Love the app in general, but I can’t stand that it randomly logs me out if I don’t use it for few weeks. This causes it to disconnect and not track steps, workouts and other things from Apple Health

This app is inaccessible to the point where I don’t know why I bother having it. I can’t even log in because the user interface is so bad

Signing in doesn’t work
Unable to sign in. Employer doesn’t come up. Safari doesn’t work. The app doesn’t work.
No good
Literally the worst app that I’ve ever used. Constantly logs you out, constantly requires pins, recovery codes, two factor and biometrics - all for an app that doesn’t really need any of that. UI appears to be just a website that is really slow. Even when they ask for app feedback, it just takes you to the help page. Would not recommend to anyone.

Inadequate navigational tools
I am trying to do the “Call to Health“ program, and I was instructed to download the Limeade ONE app. The Call to Health website said that I could link the Limeade ONE app to my Apple Health app, to track data. But there are no instructions at all inside the Limeade ONE app. Also, I can’t figure out how to track new activities on the app in order to earn points.

Not a good app
I have emailed each time my app crashed. No replies and heard the same thing from lots of others. I don’t like this app. Love what they have to offer though.

This app it’s so difficult and so hard to used I mean it’s 2024 cmon y’all need to update this better and and the login process it’s so frustrating. I’ve been trying to log in for almost 3 days and ask me for the corporate it showed but it doesn’t do anything when I clicked huh

Terrible App
I’ve had this app for a couple of years now. It regularly resets my connection to my Company and Apple health so it’s no longer tracking your steps. Additionally, to view anything such as points accrued, you have to go through about 3 to 4 authentication steps to log in to what is essentially your corporate browser.
To all the companies out there working with Limeade, this service offers the most minimum benefits to your employee with an app that is not at all useful.

Doesn’t work, logs me out
What a dumb app. Logs me out after some time, loses the custom app icon, etc. now it’s broken and not responding when I find my employer.
