Why no notifications?!?
It’s extremely basic. I just wish there was a way to enable notifications for deposits and transactions. Very basic function every single banking app seems to have.
Do not like it
If I could give less than 1 star I would. Too many network errors. I have to delete, redownload then get another network error. I am then told by app representative to log in from bank website. Fix the app and get all the bugs out.
Terrible Upgrade
The new app is horrendous. The old way to login with pin was so much better. It never accepts my credentials the first time even though it’s entered correctly. The view of your accounts changed and is horrible. Whoever is leading the charge is certainly not capable and everything seems to be moving backward instead of forward.

Transfers
One of the things I dislike about the new app is that you can’t attach a note to a transfer. I also don’t like that the names are not shown on the accounts.
new card
so i lost my debit card before thanksgiving and have been trying to get a new one for months now and i still have yet to receive it i personally think they should be called lyingshare as i was told my new card was going to be expedited out to me well then i was told the card service doesn’t expedite in my opinion very unprofessional

New app
Worse than the last app. With the last app I could see how much went to the principal and interest, that’s not a thing on this app. I could also label the accounts on the last app, can’t do that here. They need to bring back the old app as it was better

I have several banking accounts online and this is by far the worst App
