Use this at Fenway Park, had to find the ip address because will not connect otherwise. When it works, it’s great, tonight would not stay connected, frustrating.

My church now has this feature and I could not be happier! The first couple of times I used it, I got an echo that was very distracting. This Sunday, I decided to give it another try and it worked beautifully through my hearing aids. Whatever was done to eliminate the echo is a blessing to me!

Total fail as ADA accommodation
Citi Field uses this as an accommodation for blind and low vision customers because their audio is on a very long delay. This makes using a radio impossible. Unfortunately, you cannot use this app. Well, if you’re using your phone with the accessibility mode turned on. In fact, on an Apple phone if you’ve got, VoiceOver turned on, then this app will not connect to the Wi-Fi.

This app doesn’t event work
I’m at the Orpheum Theatre and the app doesn’t even work. I use Phonak Audeo hearing aids and I’m connected to the app, with hearing aids Bluetooth connected and no audio coming in.

La aplicación funciona fatal, antes de conseguir conectarse la aplicación se te cierra automáticamente. Además la interfaz es simple y muy poco intuitiva. En resumen la aplicación es una completa basura.

Not secure system
The biggest complaint is when using it you are not using a secure system at all. When it was hooked up he didn’t sound good. But as of right now will not use because the WiFi used was not secure.

Audio Description Problems
The audio description at Starlight Theatre in Kansas City did not work well because there were Internet connection issues.

Could only get it to work the second half of the show. My hearing is poor and this really helps for the speaking parts of a Broadway show. It wouldn’t connect even though I had it set up correctly. I have used it for previous shows and it worked well even though it is a beat behind.
Big improvement over auditorium speakers
Our church added this feature to their AV system about six months ago. The improvement over the auditorium speakers was dramatic. No extra equipment on the part of the listener (except the app + smartphone) is a big plus. The quality of the Wi-Fi broadcast was very good. The only reason it did not get a 5 star rating is that there is a noticeable delay. Usually that is not a problem but sometimes is enough to require muting the direct sound path in some way to reduce the obnoxious echo effect. I’ve been told that this is affected by network traffic and is fixable. We’ll see.
