DO NOT ORDER FROM THE APP
Absolutely love these bracelets but do not order custom ones from the app. It does not save sizing selection when creating, and if not triple checked at checkout you’re out 40+ dollars on a bracelet that doesn’t fit. 5 stars for the web version of LWP though - cutest bracelets and great communication from customer service despite the app disappointment.

Buggy app
Love the bracelets but the app is buggy. Keep getting kicked out of the customization page for customized word bracelets.
Bots for reviews
Some of the reviews are just a bunch of bots trying to get you to buy their stuff but besides that it’s great for buying accessories and clothing

I was so pleased that LWP issued me a gift card to replace my 2 bracelets that got smudged from chemicals. They were so prompt to respond and showed much courtesy! Highly recommended.
Glitches
I noticed that when I tried to put through a custom order online, I could see what my bracelet was going to look like….ordering on the app doesn’t do that!!!!!!! Also the app doesn’t keep track of rewards points as they should-been over 24 hrs & still not accurate.
