I’ve now tried multiple times to add money using my credit card following the directions very carefully. Never worked. Reached out to customer service. They suggested I clear the cache. On an iPhone app? When I pointed out to them it’s an iPhone app not android I never heard from them again.

I love the room status part. It tells you the specific machines being used. No more dragging all your clothes to the laundry room only to find all the machines in use. Life changing.
