Poor experience
The app is hard to navigate, but most of all it works incredibly poorly. The video never loads quickly, which forces us to open the door prior to actually seeing who it is. Several times the app would throw random error messages preventing you from actually opening the door prior. One whole afternoon we remained locked out of the house because the app didn’t work. Stay away from this system if you can avoid it.

Do not buy this tech
Terrible gate system and zero customer support. It’s shocking that a company like ABB treats customers like this. The system simply does not work.

You can no longer see who is ringing the bell to come in to the building through the Welcome app

Lousy interface
My building chose this inferior Chinese built system over “ Butterfly MX” because one of the coop owners was friendly with the local locksmith .

Half the time it doesn’t allow me to look at who’s out front. So I have to go to the monitor that’s built into the house.
