Limited contact choices
It would be nice if there were a way to contact & obtain an extension of time off from work, without having to pay $600 for a video visit. This APP is only helpful if you’re trying to drain your bank accounts.

I just want to send a message to a provider. Why can’t I do that without getting limited options to what I can do. This is frustratingly user unfriendly.

I want to see total billed and total paid for a service I received. I can’t get to any statements but the last. You make it really easy to pay, but not easy to know what I’m paying for

This site is practically useless when it comes to trying to communicate with my doc.
User unfriendly. Blind alleys. Confusing. Almost as bad as the people answering the phones after hrs and on weekends. Always too busy to pick up a call. They say they will call you back but don’t .

Well designed app
I have used other apps before to keep me in touch with my doctor’s and to receive my reports and this one matches up with the other ones. The standard of quality is the same as the other ones that I’ve used and I’m very appreciative of it because it makes it all the more easier for me to use since the method in which I do things on the other apps is the same on this app.

Immediate Access
LiveWell allows me to stay aware of my current situation and communicate with my doctors and their staff much quicker than before its creation. .

I really enjoy using the LiveWell app. It’s easy to navigate and all of the information is presented well on the site. From billing to reminders to viewing test results- the details are available in a timely manner. It’s easy for me to communicate with my provider as well. Keep up the good work! ❤️

The “for you” section and the “viewing your journey” makes no sense, nor did it make sense the other week. At least this past week you had the correct dates of my upcoming appointments. But My Chart already does that. Maybe you should put it through tests before you release it the public.

Aurora- your app needs an update. I’m getting notifications for old messages. This makes no sense. I don’t even go by my emails from you anymore. If I’m waiting for a message I check first thing in the morning.
Awesome help
Lately I have had some serious issues which have required me to go to my PCP, Dr Senora Nelson at the Southeast center. I had to have blood work done and must say that last Saturday, July 18, was one of the most pleasant experiences I’ve have had there. The agent checked me in and I was greeted shortly by a representative who walked me to the lab for blood. I have difficult “rolling veins” and the initial attempt was unsuccessful! Coincidentally ,A nurse Toya Powell came in right on time to see if she could assist the phlebotomist and with one attempt she got all the blood they needed. I kept apologizing because I didn’t drink much water the day before and she reassured me that I did nothing work and made me feel so welcomed and her professionalism was stellar! It is my hopes that she is recognized for outstanding manner. Knowing the nursing field is overwhelmed lately, she was adamant about having me feel comfortable. This attitude makes people like myself less hesitant to go to the doctor. Kudos to Toya. Thank You, Respectfully,

Good app
The app is fairly easy to navigate. The only thing I don’t like is the unnecessary screen prior to the sign in. I would love if that screen was removed and the app would open directly to the sign in page.
Love this app
This app is so convenient. You can message with your doctors, ask them questions and ask for refills on your medication. You get to see all your labs and other test done. It’s so easy to use. You get notification when your prescription is ready. I just absolutely love this app. Oh and you can schedule appointments with other doctors as well.
