Love this app
This app is so convenient. You can message with your doctors, ask them questions and ask for refills on your medication. You get to see all your labs and other test done. It’s so easy to use. You get notification when your prescription is ready. I just absolutely love this app. Oh and you can schedule appointments with other doctors as well.

This app blows
This app blows. It constantly crashes and is hard to schedule appointments. It also only shows me doctors in other states. I’m not traveling 60 miles for a doctors appointment when I live in Chicago.

List of medications should have an option to be able to print a medication summary. Today I needed to bring a list of medications I use and it printed to 6 pages. Should be able to get list with

Horrible app and customer service
No help from staff at facilities and no live person to help via phone
Fix how to message Doctors
Why can sometimes I am able to message my Doctors and then I can’t? Fix a shortcut to message my Doctor.
Test results not downloaded
I had a ct scan 2 1/2 days ago. The test results have not been downloaded. And the visit summary is

Messaging issue
Difficult to send messages to Drs. Not user friendly.
Not working
6/26/26 - is this app broken or is their server down? None of the shortcuts or items in my dashboard are opening up when I tap on them bits just a never ending spinning circle on the screen. Ditto for when I try using their website. Nothing’s opening up (just a spinning circle when I tap on menu items).

Not going here again
Simple stop by with foot pain and get an X-ray and I was the only one there. 628$ for nothing. Couldn’t even get a prescription. Will never use again.
I love that I can do “one-stop” EVERYTHING…
I LOVE that I can do EVERYTHING “one-stop shopping”…from just asking my doctor a random question to schedule an appointment to looking at my test results!!
Live Well App
I LOVE using my app, I can message MD,s check when I have appointments and check my lab results. I can also make appointments on my app. So convenient and easy to use, you just need to work with it to understand all you can do
Messaging doesn’t work
I never receive messages from my doctor or nurses . Hospital even had me remove the app and redownload but they still never send. Messages haven’t worked since 2025.
