Sometimes it’s confusing.
Hard to figure out what it’s asking me to do. It keeps notifying me of a test my doctor ordered like I’m supposed to schedule it, but I think I already have scheduled it. I don’t know.
The App Isn’t Perfect
This has disappeared on me about 5 times so that doesn’t improve my thoughts. Mainly I think you should be able to message your doctor freely without interference. This is not possible.
Terrible
I’ve been trying to schedule an appointment for an hour. I find myself stuck in a technology loop!!!
Lack of integration with Apple Health
Apple Health can have almost daily data as a history available for the physician yet the LiveWell app cannot share it.

I’ve had such great success using this platform to communicate with my entire medical team. Incredible feedback, timely, thorough. Getting timely feedback on lab results/test results is such a relief and any concerns I have are responded to efficiently and effectively.
Find a doctor
This is impossible to use. I’ve entered my location ( where this doctor practices) in every conceivable way. And it continues to just dump me back to the search page. I saw a physician in the hospital as a consultant and need to schedule an appointment with him. I guess I will look elsewhere for a cardiac electrophysiologist.

I found this app so useful. Additionally, this app is a great way to not only keep up with your doctor’s appointments, but also with filling prescriptions and become aware of test that your doctor has recommended.
Not easy for the elderly
Not everyone has or uses a smartphone. As an elderly person I use my phone for myself and my husband. He doesn't use a phone. I would like to link both his information and mine so I don't have to keep going out of my account and logging into his. It is difficult enough keeping one password straight.

I am so thankful to LiveWell. My daughter who has early onset dementia and has been in a Grouhome for almost 5 years was dropped off at the ER and they left. Thank goodness for LiveWell I was notified immediately. I could support and help my daughter and the ER Staff. So Grateful.

Can’t message my provider
I need to ask my provider to write a prescription that has run out in the pharmacy and there’s no way to do it in the medication section and when I try to message my provider, it takes me right back to the prescription section which says I need to contact my provider. Why is there not a way to directly contact her provider?

beyond confusing
super confusing to navigate, have to fill out the paperwork multiple times even when it says complete. no phone numbers to contact dr office easily. nobody should be getting test results before hearing from a dr. i have gotten scary results twice in a matter of weeks and i don’t understand the medical jargon of what’s being sent to me. test results need to come from a dr first.

Billing
Awful to manage billing. I had bills that went to collections and they are still linked to this app and I have to dig through them to find my current balance. This app is terrible.
I can’t seem to get in touch with my doctor
This app is only good for marketing and paying bills. I can’t ask my doctor question about my medications. But I guess that is not important only collection g Payment
Fraud
They opted me into paperless billing without my consent and a bill was sent to collections.
Ordering RX refills
Ordering prescription refills in the LiveWell app needs to be updated. When ordering prescription refills I input pick up time 24 hours into the future. The app it does not accept it. I get a message that states it needs at least four hours before pick up time.
