Great improvements - I enjoy using now
The app has started to look more modern and more like the main Lloyds app which I also use, very pleased now also works great on my iPad.
Worse than useless
So the old app was poor but at least I could access it on my iPhone. Now it needs an IOS version I don’t have so I can no longer access my account and my money. Goodbye Lloyds

Can’t fault the app - does exactly what I need and very user friendly.

Now I can’t use my banking app as my phone can’t accept this download as I don’t have the latest iOS so zero out of 10 for messing up my banking

Finally the app has arrived! A must have for British nationals as we are used to using apps.

there is nothing you can do with this app. None, nothing, you got to contact CS by email or phone for almost everything related to your deposit. Major purpose of the app is driving customers away when saving terms are mature.

The app will not register on multiple devices I have. Lloyd’s International have always been a disappointment with there service. In that respect they are consistent.
