Missing basic features

No real-time in-app balance updates, no transaction notifications, and no Apple Pay support. It’s astonishing that a app in 2026 still lacks these basic features. Absolutely shocking!

Great improvements - I enjoy using now

The app has started to look more modern and more like the main Lloyds app which I also use, very pleased now also works great on my iPad.

Worse than useless

So the old app was poor but at least I could access it on my iPhone. Now it needs an IOS version I don’t have so I can no longer access my account and my money. Goodbye Lloyds
