Abandonware?
We still see the occasional and vague “bug fixes and improvements”, but this app clearly isn’t being actively developed as anything more than a glorified web browser to wrap their website. There is no support for modern IOS components such as biometric auth, HealthKit integration, push notifications, or modern screen layouts.

Useful, but still needs some work
The integration of patient records into HealthKit is tremendously useful, and being able to generate and use a digital vaccine certificate in Wallet has saved me a heap of time for travel.
using the app itself is a bit more problematic - login does not support FaceID/Touch ID, nor does it seamlessly support password management from iCloud or third party apps, which makes it a pain to use and leads to using less secure passwords.
