Paying the subscription again
I have used for years. They did an update and it went bad. I sent an email reporting it. There was a response saying it was being addressed. I unsubscribed, because it was not unusable. I checked again today and I am glad to say it is back to being perfect!!!!! Thank you.

Simple and easy to use. FHA MI needs to be updated to .55. Still set at .85 and can’t be changed manually

Terrible app
Doesn’t calculate payments correctly. Not good when using to make a living with:-(

Can’t see the numbers in Dark Mode
I like the app, but with this latest release, you can’t see the numbers you type in the fields if your using Dark Mode. You have to switch to Light Mode.

Thanks for fixing the dark mode issue. Works great now. I like this app because it has more input variables than other calculators, it allows you to save calculations for specific properties, and its layout/UI is very simple and straightforward.

VA LOANS
I used to love this app , but since January I have asked to please adjust it with the new va funding rate and nobody has responded to me. This now has made this app worthless to me. A quick adjustment would have made it work right again.
Update 08-26-2020
It took four months to get a reply. I have been using the pro version and if the developer would sign into the app, he would see that the VA funding fee is still set at 2.15 percent. This is such an easy fix !!!!
