Paying the subscription again

I have used for years. They did an update and it went bad. I sent an email reporting it. There was a response saying it was being addressed. I unsubscribed, because it was not unusable. I checked again today and I am glad to say it is back to being perfect!!!!! Thank you.
I will subscribe again and pay for the full version. Well done!

Great!

Simple and easy to use. FHA MI needs to be updated to .55. Still set at .85 and can’t be changed manually

Terrible app

Doesn’t calculate payments correctly. Not good when using to make a living with:-(

Can’t see the numbers in Dark Mode

I like the app, but with this latest release, you can’t see the numbers you type in the fields if your using Dark Mode. You have to switch to Light Mode.

Update 8/27/2020:
Thanks for fixing the dark mode issue. Works great now. I like this app because it has more input variables than other calculators, it allows you to save calculations for specific properties, and its layout/UI is very simple and straightforward.

VA LOANS

I used to love this app , but since January I have asked to please adjust it with the new va funding rate and nobody has responded to me. This now has made this app worthless to me. A quick adjustment would have made it work right again.

Update 08-26-2020

It took four months to get a reply. I have been using the pro version and if the developer would sign into the app, he would see that the VA funding fee is still set at 2.15 percent. This is such an easy fix !!!!

Best APP I have ever experienced

This APP is very simple to operate. I was in my condo association meeting discussing large projects for loans purpose. It took me seconds to calculate loan terms and everybody in the board were highly impressed and I shared this APP with them too.
This is the best APP, one must try.

Hi Skx: Thank you for reporting this issue. We have now corrected the issue but it is available in the Pro version. In the Lite version most functionality is available but not all. Texting and emailing are available in the Loan Calculator-Pro version. It is a paid version but it has lot more functions. If you are a professional, you may want to give it a try out the Pro version. It is free for 1 month.

Mortgage Calculator Lite

Maybe to lite. Beyond the price, no other entry will remain in its forks. All revert back to zero. I gave up trying to resolve the problem. This could have been the perfect calculator for me as a teak estate agent.

Now it is called "Loan Calculator PMI-Lite" and Loan "Calcualtor PMI-Pro version". Please give it a try with Lite version and if you want more features then try out the Pro version. Quick and easy to use

I am currently in the process of purchasing a home and this app is wonderful. I can quickly and easily calculate my monthly mortgage payment. I love that I can explore different options (I.e. down payment amount) and how it will affect my monthly rate. This app is great for home buyers as well as agents!

The Pro version has lot more features that are suitable for a professional like yourself. That is 30 day free trial and after that there is a monthly subscription. Also the Agent version with Company version is also ready now.

First I have found of its kind

I have been looking for a mortgage calculator that can handle all types of loans including upfront mortgage insurance premium for FHA loans, guarantee fee for USDA loans, and the funding fee for VA loans, all the while allowing for the taxes and home insurance to be calculated together.

Email

When I email the estimate, the bottom is cut off and the total payment does not show. Am I doing something wrong? Is there a fix for this?

Now it is renamed as "Loan Calculator PMI-Lite" version and the paid version is "Loan Calculator PMI-Pro" but is is free for 30 days. Let us know if this is still an issue. We will fix it for sure. Good just needs an adjustment

When you input a number in the right field (for example, a customer may know their monthly HOA but not annual) I was at first impressed that data could go either way. If I put $50 in the monthly column it calculates the annual and vice versa. However, beware if you are doing this because if you enter data in the monthly column, the calculations are completely off. You have to go back, 0 it out and enter it on annual side only.

Our feature also allows you to just put only monthly amount of HOA in total column directly (if you did not know annual amount). Thank you again and please download the new updated version. Love the app

I used this app while searching for my first home and it truly came in handy. The only suggestion would be to make the VA funding fee optional. If you’re 100% disabled you are exempt from the funding fee.
