This app sucks
This app is so slow and buggy it makes me want to kill myself every time I use it. You can tell you went with the cheapest option when creating it. Plus the mobile verification never works.

Phone app / Customer service
The app for the phone is amazing! This is my second lone with Loan Depo and been able to do everting in the app on the phone. Very easy, and my Sales manager who has helped me both times,Debbie Calixto is AMAZING!! Walked me through what I needed to and sent me links and kept me updated with the app. Both times she has been great and got things done in days, not weeks or months like my last mortgage company. Debbie has got Loan Depo not just one, but several loyal customers, as I tell everyone about her!

I live in California in an area that requires Wildfire Insurance. This company said they “mailed” me a notice that I didn’t have Fire insurance, but didn’t call, email, or post any Notice on their App that I was missing anything or that they were going to bill me $4k (twice the price of normal Fire insurance), I had to find out when my bill changed. This company doesn’t post important information on their app, because then they can scam you by buying something at ridiculous rates and you get the bill 6-months later. Loan Depot SUCKS.

App not working
My app has not worked since I downloaded the latest update. I’ve noticed it’s been down for quite few days now. Maybe an email needs to go out to customers to explain and or let us know when it’s expected to be up again.
Completely broken
The latest update today broke down access to Loan depot accounts. Spent 30 mins to access my account without success. How come a billion dollar company release an update without thoroughly testing it. If their software team is incompetent, they should hire someone else.
Terrible
App is horrible… will not let me add my bank account. Constantly have to call customer support. Every thing takes 24 to 48hrs. To be a major company you would think they would fix this.

They were great to work with. Got me a good interest rate and was helpful all the way.

So far there hasn’t been any app malfunctions, and navigating is quite easy for most users.
Change payment options
App is great, just wish they had different payment options. Sometimes you may have to use different accounts to pay different amount of money, but unable unless you call. Change that please!

Love the app but Im sitting here waiting to find out if they are going to sell my loan, just let me set my auto bill pay and be done with it
Makes checking the status of payments so simple
Sure beats all the steps necessary to log in and way better than paper statements that I have to store.

I have found the sign in to be consistent. I am able to sign in without changing my password each time.
