Works great. Fairly quick to connect. Never have I had an issue with the app in nearly 4 years.
Working great but...
I love our Lockly Video, motion sensing lock, but unfortunately the motion sensing does not work in the hotter summer months 90 degrees. In South Florida that can be average daytime temperature during summer. I kept it anyway after they verified it was a valid issue - hoping it gets corrected in newer versions and lockly replaces mine. Other than that it works flawlessly. Fyi, I figured the issue out and verified the problem - adding cold packs to the first replacement that acted same as original. Lockly did offer to allow return and refund.

Much slower than previous app
Takes up to a minute to connect to the lock via wifi. Older app was much faster.

Auto lock time
Hi, could you please add an option to set a auto lock time, currently there is a timer but an actual set time would be more beneficial for home owners. That way the door can be locked each day, incase it was forgotten to be locked at night

Much slower than the original app
I’ve been using the original app for about 18 months, and was happy with it. When I was notified there was a new app I downloaded it. I only use a single device, attached to my home WiFi, and the new app takes 10 times longer to connect.
Too many notifications
Overall, the app works to control my lock. The graphics, icons, colors, layout, etc… is not the most intuitive, but it works.
The most annoying thing is that notifications are either on or off. To get my mail, I get a notification when I unlock the door, when it auto locks, when I come back to open it with my watch, and then when I lock it manually. The notifications are extremely annoying and basic compared to a smart lock that I had 10 years ago!
The only thing I care about is when someone unlocks it from outside or if the door is left open or unlocked for X period of time. I should be able to turn off all the other nonsense.

App is unreliable and frustrating
Recurrently losing connecting with the lock. States connection issues are Bluetooth / wifi when this is working perfectly for other devices and I am standing right next to it. Keeps “forgetting” the lock I have paired it with. Terrible experience with this app and surprised at how poorly it functions!
