Poor Service
The idea/system is great but poorly executed with poor customer service. It would have been a fantastic solution for Cairo visitors but unfortunately, management has failed it.
No care for customers what so ever
I’ve dealt with this company for many years with no bad experience the one time I had a bad experience there response was simply we apologize but there’s nothing we can do. Such a disappointment for a company that claims to pride themselves on customer service and marketing themselves as a high end company, they have no respect for customer loyalty whatsoever

I was a customer
For few years i only use to use them ..
Then i stopped because i had an accident badly in the car knocked head and was thrown in the front yet i stood with cab took pictures ..
They sent another car to get me home after waiting made me pay my journey and on top never apologise ..
I could have made big story as im not you but what really upset me is no one cared even to check on me ..
So i stopped using them and anyway they dont accept cash ..

Simply the best
The drivers are polite and professional. It is the best app in Egypt.

a godsend in egypt, very smooth, can book in advance, and no haggling on price like Uber, drivers are great and the cars is smooth, you actually want to tip the drivers on this app rather being forced to do it on Uber! can recommend!

I’ve been using LondonCab for 5 years and I’ve had great experiences. I love how professional the service is and convenient. I don’t travel throughout Egypt any other way!
Inaccessible for existing users
There doesn't seem to be any way for existing accounts to log in or bypass the account creation process.
Needs a lot of work
This app needs a lot of work. I'm only getting the cash option for an example. I get indications that I have a message but when I open the app, I get nothing...someone should take a look.
Has Opportunities for improvement
Made my transportation in Cairo so simple. However, it should have the following basic features:
1- the phone number for the assigned driver should be click to call or at least able to copy it
2- add text to dispatch
3- free call number is not accessible to international roaming. This should be handled for successfully serving tourists
4- in Cairo I am not able to determine my address. Cab should be dispatched to my coordinates.
5- should be able to edit notes when reordering from history
