Used to be a brilliant app that’s stopped showing platforms weeks ago

Very helpful app when it works. The biggest issue is that if a train is delayed it will not show if it passed the departure time.
Moreover for the last couple of weeks it stopped showing the confirmed platforms!
Hopefully these two issues will be fixed soon!

Lost platform confirmation?
Loved this app, but seems to have stopped showing green confirmed platforms? This was working a couple of weeks ago?
No longer works
Was a great app but for the past week to so no longer confirms platform in green so entirely useless
No longer confirming platforms, just suggests.
Was a great app but suddenly it just predicts platforms but never confirms the platform in green, so not much help.

Brilliant app! Overheard someone on an extremely busy train home from London mention this app and it has been a life saver, being able to be waiting by the train before the mass of people in the screen hall even know the platform number

Fantastic App
Literally a lifesaver at Euston where the overhead boards only update seconds before the train leaves and our regional train company don't provide booked seats.

So far this app has proved very reliable and saved me a great deal of time. Very simple to use and accurate. Why doesn’t everybody in London know about this amazing app? !
Very useful and reliable
Used this app before I took an Avanti train to Manchester and it gave me the correct confirmed platform before the board did at Euston therefore I was one of the first to board. Would highly recommend for those who would like to avoid the ‘Euston Rush’

I overheard a conversation about this app today and downloaded it to try to avoid the Euston bun fight. My initial impression is it simple and straightforward and was correct for the first use.
